    Abstract: A given policy file is obtained at a publishing node of a decentralized system of nodes, wherein the given policy file defines a policy that applies to at least a subset of nodes in the decentralized system of nodes. The given policy file is sent to a decentralized storage network for storage therein. Storage metadata is received from the decentralized storage network, wherein the storage metadata represents address information associated with storage of the given policy file in the decentralized storage network. The publishing node generates policy file retrieval metadata based on the storage metadata received from the decentralized storage system. The policy file retrieval metadata is sent to a blockchain network for storage therein. One or more querying nodes of the decentralized system of nodes access the blockchain network to obtain the policy file retrieval metadata in order to then retrieve the policy file from the decentralized storage network.

    Abstract: An electric machine includes a stator and a rotor. The stator has a yoke fitted over a ring that has a plurality of teeth with gaps therebetween for fitting metal windings. The ring of teeth has an inner circumference that is closed and to connect the teeth, and an outer circumference with open gaps or slots between the teeth. The metal windings are fitted through the open outer circumference. Regions of the closed inner circumference between the teeth are treated such that the region's magnetic permeability is reduced relative to the remainder of the stator. The reduction in magnetic permeability provides a magnetic flux barrier between the teeth.

    Abstract: A liquid phase enhanced oil recovery system that, in a stimulation phase, pumps a liquid mixture of propane (C3) and butane (C4) having a starting ratio of C3 to C4 into a well. During a subsequent production phase, liquid C3 and liquid C4 is recovered by a stabilizer from the produced oil, and, in addition, C3 and C4 can be recovered from the produced hydrocarbon vapor and liquefied, The ratio of liquid C3 to liquid C4 can then be re-adjusted and may not be the same as the starting ratio. All of the liquid C3-C4 can be recycled back into the well in subsequent stimulation phases. The method works at relatively low pressures, so that a pump or pumps can be used for stimulation treatment. The site equipment is compact enough that it can be mounted on one or more skids to ensure transportability to be used on other wells.
