Patent number: 11653393Abstract: A wireless device receives radio resource control message(s) from a base station indicating random access resources of an uplink bandwidth part of a cell, that comprises two-step random access resources. The wireless device may determine, while the two-step random access type and a four-step random access type are available for transmitting a preamble, that the two-step random access resources comprise contention-free two-step random access resources. The wireless device may also select from among the two-step random access type and the four-step random access type, the two-step random access type. The wireless device may then transmit a preamble to the base station using the two-step random access resources, based on the two-step random access type.Type: GrantFiled: July 13, 2022Date of Patent: May 16, 2023Assignee: Ofinno, LLCInventors: Nazanin Rastegardoost, Esmael Hejazi Dinan, Hyoungsuk Jeon, Yunjung Yi, Kyungmin Park, Hua Zhou

Patent number: 11652471Abstract: Biquad stage systems and methods include receiving at biquad sections a signal sample, generating, by each biquad section, a pair of output values based on the signal sample, including a first value based on fixed-point processing path and a second value emulating a floating-point processing path, and accumulating the pair of output values from each of the plurality of biquad sections to generate an output signal. The biquad stage receives an N-bit input signal, which is processed by a biquad section. Delay elements delay the signal sample before input to other biquad sections. The delayed signal sample is input to the first processing path and the second processing path of a corresponding biquad stage. By performing the processing based on two paths, a more accurate result can be found when using a reduced word length in the multiply operations resulting in a lowering of the power consumption.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2020Date of Patent: May 16, 2023Assignee: Google LLCInventor: Jens Kristian Poulsen

Patent number: 11652161Abstract: A method and structures are used to fabricate a nanosheet semiconductor device. Nanosheet fins including nanosheet stacks including alternating silicon (Si) layers and silicon germanium (SiGe) layers are formed on a substrate and etched to define a first end and a second end along a first axis between which each nanosheet fin extends parallel to every other nanosheet fin. The SiGe layers are undercut in the nanosheet stacks at the first end and the second end to form divots, and a dielectric is deposited in the divots. The SiGe layers between the Si layers are removed before forming source and drain regions of the nanosheet semiconductor device such that there are gaps between the Si layers of each nanosheet stack, and the dielectric anchors the Si layers. The gaps are filled with an oxide that is removed after removing the dummy gate and prior to forming the replacement gate.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 2021Date of Patent: May 16, 2023Assignee: Tessera LLCInventors: Marc A. Patent number: 11650639Abstract: Systems include one or more critical datacenter connected to behind-the-meter flexible datacenters. The critical datacenter is powered by grid power and not necessarily collocated with the flexible datacenters, which are powered “behind the meter.” When a computational operation to be performed at the critical datacenter is identified and determined that it can be performed more efficiently or advantageously at a flexible datacenter, the computational operation is instead obtained by the flexible datacenters for performance. The critical datacenter and flexible datacenters preferably share a dedicated communication pathway to enable high-bandwidth, low-latency, secure data transmissions. In some situations, a computational operation is supported by multiple datacenters in a redundant arrangement, such as multiple flexible datacenters.Type: GrantFiled: February 16, 2022Date of Patent: May 16, 2023Assignee: LANCIUM LLCInventors: Michael T.
