Abstract: A wall mountable shelving system that includes a back panel, and shelf panel, and at least one fastener for securing the back and shelf panels together. In a mounted configuration, the back panel is generally vertically oriented and the shelf panel is generally horizontally oriented. Surfaces of the back and shelf panels may form a 90 degrees angle. However, it is also possible for slight variance (e.g., 85-95 degrees, 87-93 degrees, 89-91 degrees). A wall-facing surface of the back panel may include a mounting bracket or base or may be configured to slide over or otherwise be secured to a mounting bracket or base already installed at the wall. The back panel may include a plastic material, optionally reinforced with a filler (e.g., glass fibers). The shelf panel may be unitary or include multiple pieces.

Abstract: In one aspect, a wheel chock system is provided that includes a wheel chock with a sensor configured to detect a proximity of a wheel, and a controller operably coupled to the sensor and a peripheral device. The controller includes a processor configured to cause the peripheral device to have a first state in response to the sensor detecting the wheel within a first proximity. The processor is further configured to initiate a timer in response to the sensor detecting the wheel within a second proximity. The processor is further configured to cause the peripheral device to transition to a second state in response to the sensor detecting the wheel within the second proximity for a predetermined time period measured by the timer.
Abstract: A cable follower is disclosed herein. The cable follower includes a lever having a first end and a second end, a pivot point disposed at the first end of the lever, the lever configured to rotate about the pivot point, a spring housing disposed at the second end of the lever, a spring disposed in the spring housing, a button disposed in the spring housing and adjacent the spring, and a crowder coupled to the lever at a pivot point between the first end and the second of the lever, the crowder including a wheel.
Abstract: In some implementations, a server device may receive, from a first device, a credential and a request to access a resource. The server device may transmit, to a second device associated with the credential, an image that includes a first symbol composed of a set of elements. The server device may receive, from the first device, information associated with a second symbol formed via user interaction with a user interface of the first device. The second symbol may be formed by dragging elements, presented via the user interface, to an area of the user interface in which the second symbol is to be formed, or drawing elements in the area of the user interface in which the second symbol is to be formed. The server device may grant or denying access to the resource based on the first symbol and the information associated with the second symbol.
Abstract: Methods and systems are described for managing access to a virtual session. A user device can send a request for a virtual session to a virtual desktop interface (“VDI”) server. The VDI server can send details of a user's account to a management server. The management server can send a machine learning (“ML”) model trained to identify the user's face to the user device. The user device can apply the ML model to a video feed of the viewing area of the user device to verify the user's face. The VDI server can initialize the virtual session if the user's face is verified. The user device can monitor the video feed during the virtual session to detect unauthorized objects. If an unauthorized object is detected, the user device can terminate or minimize the session.
Abstract: A method of performing a write operation in a holographic data storage system, in which schedule schedules at least one write operation across multiple non-contiguous write intervals, the write operation pertaining to a set of data to be stored in a region of a holographic recording medium. In each of the non-contiguous write intervals, the region of the holographic recording medium is exposed to an interference pattern caused by interference between a reference beam and an input beam carrying the set of data. The multiple non-contiguous write intervals have a total aggregate duration of sufficient length to cause a persistent state change in the exposed region, such that the set of data is recoverable from that region by the end of a final write interval of the multiple non-contiguous write intervals.

Abstract: A large language model predicts a topic summarization of a long document given a set of segments from the long document that pertain to a topic of interest. The set of segments from the long document are selected by searching for similar segments from other documents that have been labeled to indicate whether or not the segment pertains to a topic of interest. The search is based on an embedding of a segment from the long document closely matching embeddings of the labeled segments. Each segment of the long document is scored based on the labels of the closest-matching similar segments. The segments from the long document are ranked by their respective score and the highest-scored segments are included in a prompt to the large language model for the model to generate a topic summarization of the long document.

Abstract: Systems and methods for enabling reliable transactions of data communications are provided. A processing device according to one embodiment includes a management interface and a security module. The management interface is configured to initialize a transaction having a plurality of transaction elements. The transaction is a unit of work including a set of one or more logically related data elements or functions for accomplishing a single task. The management interface is further configured to determine at least one expected value for at least one transaction element and to compare at least one actual value with the at least one expected value to obtain a comparison element. The security module is configured to execute security processes based on the comparison element.
Abstract: A computing device (e.g., a content packager) may receive a request for content (e.g., video, audio, games, applications, data). The computing device may send a second request for the requested content to an encoder. In response to the second request, the computing device (e.g., the content packager) may receive the requested content and a content manifest associated with the requested content. The computing device may determine that encryption key data (e.g., an encryption key and/or key metadata) for the requested content is not in a cache associated with the computing device. The computing device (e.g., the content packager or a cache associated with the content packager) may send a request for the encryption key data associated with the requested content to a cache associated with a second computing device, based on the determination that the encryption key data is not in the cache associated with the computing device.
