    Abstract: A rooftop mount device for connecting to a roof of a portable gym and for attaching exercise equipment is described. The portable gym is a portable container, such as a shipping container, having a top surface, or roof, to which the rooftop mount is attachable. The rooftop mount device includes connection members. The rooftop mount can also include one or more horizontal stabilization members and equipment attachment elements. The connection members are attached to a roof of the container. Exercise equipment is attached to the parts of the rooftop mount device. The rooftop mount provides proper height and stability for the bars, racks, stands, cages, rigs and riggings, and other exercise equipment that are attached to the container's roof so that the equipment does not move during use by an exerciser.     Abstract: A cloud service receives locations of priority vehicles (PVs) and non-priority vehicles in a metropolitan area. The cloud service accesses a database storing indicia of restricted road portions in the metropolitan area. The cloud service allocates restricted road portions from the database to the NPVs based on the locations of the PVs, the locations of the NPVs, and locations of the restricted road portions. The allocating includes preventing some of the restricted road portions in the database from being available to be allocated to the NPVs based on determining, according to the locations of the PVs and NPVs and according to pre-stored routes of the PVs, that estimated uses of the road portions by the NPVs would conflict with estimated uses of the road portions by the PVs as they travel along the pre-stored routes. Routes generated to include the respectively allocated road portions are provided to the NPVs.

    Abstract: Technologies are described for a durable high friction coating (DHFC), which may be manufactured by mixing a binder, a filler, and one or more additives in liquid form, loading the liquid mixture onto a coil material (metal substrate) and curing for subsequent cutting and/or stamping. The metal substrate with cured DHFC layer(s) may be cut to shape to form brake shims. Water-based binders may be used for environmentally friendly chemicals. In some examples, the binder(s) in the DHFC may be in a range from at least 70 weight% to less than 95 weight% and the filler(s) in a range from at least 5 weight% to less than 30 weight% with an elastomeric polymer in a range from at least 1 weight% to less than 8 weight% and a rheology modifier in a range from at least 0.5 weight% to less than 2 weight%.

    Abstract: Differential charge-balancing can be used in high-frequency neural stimulation. For example, a neural stimulation apparatus can have first and second electrodes configured to be coupled proximate to a nerve fiber to implement a neural stimulation procedure. A neural stimulation circuit can be electrically coupled to the first and second electrodes. The neural stimulation circuit can apply stimulation currents to the nerve fiber through the first and second electrodes during a first stimulation phase of the neural stimulation procedure. The neural stimulation circuit can also apply a modified stimulation current to the nerve fiber through the first electrode during a second stimulation phase of the neural stimulation procedure. The modified stimulation current can be generated based on a difference between (i) a voltage at the first electrode, and (ii) a reference voltage derived from voltages on the first and second electrodes.

    Abstract: A height-adjustable seal frame structure for a DAP exercise system has a seal frame, opposing lateral vertical lifts, and opposing lateral tensile restraints. The seal frame defines opposing lateral side restraint connectors and can be attached to an inflatable enclosure top portion about a user port. The vertical lifts can be attached at lateral sides of the system and a longitudinal position proximate the user port for vertically driving a carriage to adjust height. The first end each tensile restraint can securely attach to a lift carriage connector and the second end can securely attach to the corresponding restraint connector at a restraint length therebetween. In use, the seal frame can be retained in a floating arrangement forced upward solely by the enclosure top portion and restrained downward against the upward force at a seal frame height by the tensile restraints. Quick disconnects can permit manual seal frame release.
