Abstract: A three-dimensional throwing game target apparatus includes platforms, bridge members, connectors and stanchions. The platforms include an outer wall and a platform receptacle ring that is adapted to receive a cup. Each of the bridge members include at least one bridge receptacle ring and a plurality of elongated girders extending outwardly from the bridge receptacle ring. The bridge members and the platforms may be detachably connected to one another in a horizontal plane. The stanchions are assembled to the platforms to support the receptacle rings at a plurality of different heights. The platforms, bridge members, connectors and stanchions may be assembled together to support the platform receptacle rings at selected vertically and horizontally spaced locations.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide a user interface for interacting with a smart contract deployed to a blockchain. The user interface is custom-generated for each party to the smart contract. In particular, representations of actions that a particular party is enabled to perform and/or has already taken with respect to the smart contract are provided to that party via a user interface. A user experience generator queries the smart contract itself to determine which representations are to be provided to each party. The smart contract comprises functions and/or user experience annotations that indicate to the user experience generator which user interface representations should be provided to a particular user based on the party identity and/or the smart contract's state. The smart contract provides an event notification to the user experience generator, which prompts the user experience generator to query the smart contract to determine the allowed actions for a particular user.

Abstract: Aspects of the technology evaluate places that are familiar to a given user in order to provide contextualized location information about other places of interest. This may include evaluating the actual number of visits by the given user to one or more locations in a given geographical area. For instance, places that have been visited a sufficient number of times within a particular timeframe are identified as personal landmarks for that user. Thus, when the user searches for a specific place or otherwise requests results that fit a query, the system can use the personalized landmark information to help rank search results and to provide location cues to aid the user to quickly and efficiently arrive at the location of the search result. Personal landmarks are necessarily familiar to the user, and thus can reduce the number of turn-by-turn directions or simplify the graphical interface of the client device.

Abstract: Bounding box quantization can reduce the quantity of bits utilized to express numerical values prior to the multiplication of matrices comprised of such numerical values, thereby reducing both memory consumption and processor utilization. Stochastic rounding can provide sufficient precision to enable the storage of weight values in reduced-precision formats without having to separately store weight values in a full-precision format. Alternatively, other rounding mechanisms, such as round to nearest, can be utilized to exchange weight values in reduced-precision formats, while also storing weight values in full-precision formats for subsequent updating. To facilitate conversion, reduced-precision formats such as brain floating-point format can be utilized.

Abstract: A method of providing sustained odor control in an extended sewer line is disclosed. The method includes measuring at least one parameter of the sewer line including average wastewater volume, flow rate, and retention time and administering a blended composition which includes an immediate release compound and an extended release compound into the sewer line to control concentration of an odorous compound therein. A method of facilitating sustained odor control in an extended sewer line is also disclosed. The method includes providing the blended composition including the immediate release compound and the extended release compound and instructing a user to administer the blended composition to the sewer line control concentration of the odorous compound therein. A system for providing sustained odor control in the extended sewer line including sensors to measure sewer line parameters and a controller to instruct administration of the blended composition is also disclosed.

Abstract: An integrated access box for providing surface access to a curb box or other structure, and tracer wires in a single unit. The controller is programmed to command torque to the engine based on a set speed of adaptive cruise control and is programmed to, in response to the adaptive cruise control being active, a measured lateral acceleration of the vehicle exceeding a user-defined lateral acceleration threshold during a road curve, and the accelerator pedal being released, reduce a speed of the vehicle below the set speed until the measured lateral acceleration is less than the lateral acceleration threshold.
