Abstract: The embodiments described herein provide technologies and techniques for using available data (from a variety of data sources) to provide an integrated and virtual reality experience.
Abstract: A polymeric container including a base, a body, a finish, finish threads, and a tamper lip. The finish threads are at an outer surface of the finish, and are configured to cooperate with closure threads of a closure to secure the closure to the finish. The tamper lip extends from the outer surface of the finish, and is configured to replace the support flange during handling, and to cooperate with a tamper band of the closure. A recess is below the tamper lip. The recess retains the tamper band below the tamper lip when the closure is removed from cooperation with the finish. A gripper ring is between the finish threads and the tamper lip. The gripper ring is configured to cooperate with a gripper for grasping the finish.

Abstract: Methods are presented for providing dynamic search filter suggestions that are updated and ranked based on the user filter selections. One method includes detecting a query received in a user interface (UI), calculating, by a search-candidate model, first search results, and calculating, by a suggestions model, first filter suggestions for filter categories to filter responses to the query. The suggestions model is obtained by training a machine-learning algorithm utilizing pairwise learning-to-rank modeling. The first search results and the first filter suggestions are presented in the UI. When a selection in the UI of a filter suggestion is detected, the search-candidate model calculates second search results for the filter categories based on the query and the selected filter suggestion, and the suggestions model calculates second first filter suggestions based on the query and the selected filter suggestion. The second search results and the second filter suggestions are presented in the UI.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to verifying a watermark of an artificial intelligence (AI) model for a data processing (DP) accelerator. In one embodiment, a system receives an inference request from an application. The system extracts the watermark from an AI model having the watermark. The system verifies the extracted watermark based on a policy. The system applies the AI model having a watermark to a set of inference inputs to generate inference results. The system sends a verification proof and the inference results to the application.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of load-balancing establishment of connections among groups of connector servers in a public computer network by performing operations that include receiving a connection request from a connector client in a private computer network, requesting establishment of a connection between the connector client and one of the connector servers in the public computer network. A number of connections between the private computer network and each group is determined. An identified group is selected from the groups based at least in part on a number of connections between the private computer network and the identified group being less than or equal to a number of connections between the private computer network and each other group. The connection request is provided toward the identified group, which enables establishment of the connection between the connector client and a connector server in the identified group.

Abstract: The technology relates to cargo vehicles. National, regional and/or local regulations set requirements for operating cargo vehicles, including how to distribute and secure cargo, and how often the cargo should be inspected during a trip. However, such regulations have been focused on traditional human-driven vehicles. Aspects of the technology address various issues involved with securement and inspection of cargo before a trip, as well as monitoring during the trip so that corrective action may be taken as warranted. For instance, imagery and other sensor information may be used to enable proper securement of cargo before starting a trip. Onboard sensors along the vehicle monitor the cargo and securement devices/systems during the trip to identify issues as they arise. Such information is used by the onboard autonomous driving system (or a human driver) to take corrective action depending on the nature of the issue.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a training example that includes audio data representing a spoken utterance and a ground truth transcription. For each word in the spoken utterance, the method also includes inserting a placeholder symbol before the respective word identifying a respective ground truth alignment for a beginning and an end of the respective word, determining a beginning word piece and an ending word piece, and generating a first constrained alignment for the beginning word piece and a second constrained alignment for the ending word piece. The first constrained alignment is aligned with the ground truth alignment for the beginning of the respective word and the second constrained alignment is aligned with the ground truth alignment for the ending of the respective word. The method also includes constraining an attention head of a second pass decoder by applying the first and second constrained alignments.

Abstract: Access to data and resources in a multi-tenant computing system is managed by tagging the data and resources with attributes, as well as by tagging users with attributes. Tenant-specific access policies are configured. When an access request is received from a workload, a policy decision engine processes the attributes that are tagged to the requesting workload (e.g., user, application, etc.) as well as those tagged to the requested data or resource, given a relevant tenant-specific policy. An access decision is provided in response to the access request, and the access decision can be enforced by a tenant-specific enforcement system.

Abstract: An ambient water condenser system is described having a condensation chamber which at least partially contains or surrounds a fluid reservoir which contains a volume or mass of an aqueous hygroscopic solution for condensing water from ambient air and a distillation process for extracting the water from the solution. The fluid reservoir has a heat source, a lower porous hydrophobic membrane, and an upper porous hydrophobic membrane. The heat source causes the hygroscopic solution near the top of reservoir to have a higher temperature which causes it to have a higher water vapor pressure, whereby the water vapor passing through the upper porous hydrophobic membrane and into the condensation chamber condenses into liquid water.
