The media is displayed to the document signer at predetermined times respective to the commencement of an electronic signing session with the electronic signature service to electronically sign the electronic document.

The outer flow control vane is disposed downstream of a last stage vane of the turbine and upstream of a last stage blade of the turbine. The turbine also includes an actuation assembly configured to actuate the outer flow control vane to cause the outer flow control vane to extend radially inward. The system also includes a controller configured to instruct the actuation assembly to actuate the outer flow control vane.

When the one or more conditions are satisfied, the controller initiate a release and delivery protocol that commands a signal generator to generate and send a second command signal causing a capacitor or one or more circuits to deliver an actuation signal causing one or more therapeutic agent delivery mechanisms to open and release the therapeutic agent from one or more reservoirs.

The processor creates a first model representing the part and a second model representing the surface from the image, places the first model at a selected drop orientation and a selected drop height with respect to the second model, simulates a drop of the first model onto the second model, and determines a change in a dimension of the first model resulting from the simulated drop. The part is dropped onto the surface at the selected drop orientation and the selected drop height when the change in the dimension of the first model meets a criterion.
