  • Patent number: 12289324
Abstract: A network incident summarization and visualization tool presents a summarized or filtered rendering of an analysis or narrative of a collection of events gathered from a stream of incident reports. A graph structure stores entities and relationships between network entities in a graph form based on temporal correspondence between different incidents. An evaluation of the entities and the relationships implements a scoring methodology that identifies the most significant incidents based on the entities and component groups of entities associated by a sequence of relationships. The scoring methodology provides a normalized score that is filtered based on a threshold that removes entities having little to no correspondence or effect. The resulting filtered rendering defines a graph of entities and relationships ordered by type and significance such that the most important aspects of the rendered narrative are apparent.

  • Patent number: 12289425
Abstract: A system and methodology for identifying and responding to threatening telephone calls include a client system with VoIP or MLTS multi-line telephone extensions featuring a threat indication capability and a service provider system configured to receive threat notifications from the telephone extensions, indicating a caller as a threat. Upon receiving a threat notification, the service provider system automatically initiates a threat response process during the call, including emergency notifications to authorities, call tracing, and call recording. After the call, the system creates a voiceprint and transcript of the threatening caller. Activation of the threat indication feature on a telephone extension triggers the threat notification, prompting the implementation of the threat response process to address potential threats effectively.

Abstract: A redox flow battery with an electrochemical balancing cell having first and second chambers. The first chamber includes a catalyst coated substrate and the second chamber includes an electrode. Each receives an electrolyte from the redox flow battery. There is a single interface between the two chambers. The balancing cell reverses parasitic reactions in the first chamber that occur in the redox flow battery. The products of the reversed reactions are carried away from the electrochemical balancing cell and back to the redox flow battery in the electrolyte that carried the reactant to the first chamber. Also, processes for reversing a parasitic reaction in a redox flow battery.

  • Patent number: 12286243
Abstract: Technology for orbit raising of multiple spacecraft launched with a single launch vehicle. Two or more spacecraft are configured in a stacked launch configuration in which a lower spacecraft is mechanically coupled with a payload adapter of a launch vehicle with one or more upper spacecraft above the lower spacecraft. Propellant that is stored in the lower spacecraft during launch is transferred to an upper spacecraft in the stack after launch. The propellent may be used by the upper spacecraft for an orbit raising maneuver that raises the orbit of at least the upper spacecraft from a first orbit to a second orbit. Storing the propellant in the lower spacecraft lowers the center of mass of the stack during launch. Lowering the center of mass reduces the structural bending moment of the stack during launch, which allows a greater total launch mass.

  • Patent number: 12287954
Abstract: A method generates data analysis templates. A computing device receives, via a graphical user interface, a natural language input, which includes multiple terms. The terms include one or more data fields and/or data values from a data source. The device designates the natural language input as trigger text for a data analysis template. The trigger text includes the multiple terms. A user defines one or more rules for a subset of the terms, each rule specifying respective criteria to match a respective term in the subset. A user specifies multiple data visualizations corresponding to the trigger text. Each of the data visualizations (i) uses a respective one or more data fields, from the data source, corresponding to terms from the trigger text and (ii) has a respective data visualization type. The device generates the data analysis template according to the trigger text, the user definition, and the user specification.
