Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, detecting an interruption of a supply of operating power to a cell site of a cellular communication network, estimating an estimated time to restoration (ETR) of the supply of operating power to the cell site, wherein the estimating is based on information of an operator of the cellular communication network, determining, based in part on the ETR, to dispatch a portable generator to the cell site to provide a new supply of operating power to the cell site, and initiating a communication to dispatch the portable generator. Other embodiments are disclosed.

The first sensor is configured to measure a first speed of the first drive axle. The second sensor is configured to measure a second speed of the second drive axle. The controller is in communication with the first and second sensors. The controller configured to determine an actual axle speed difference value based on the measured first speed and the measured second speed, determine an expected axle speed difference value based on a vehicle speed and a vehicle torque, compare the actual axle speed difference value and the expected axle speed difference value to obtain an error value, and generate an output signal in response to the error value being above a predetermined threshold value.

Abstract: Described are examples for curating threat intelligence data including receiving threat intelligence data comprising a list of entities, one or more associations between entities, a reputation score for each entity, and/or a confidence value corresponding to the one or more associations. An updated reputation score for at least one of a first type of entities can be determined based at least in part on the confidence value and/or on determining a reputation score of at least one of a second type of entities to which the at least one of the first type of entities is associated in the one or more associations. The reputation score of the at least one of the first type of entities can be updated, in the threat intelligence data, to the updated reputation score.

Abstract: The present description is directed towards systems and methods for directing a user request for content over a network to a given content server on the basis of one or more rules. Methods and systems implemented in accordance with the present description comprise receiving a request for content form a user, the request for content including a profile of the user identifying one or more characteristics associated with the user. One or more rules are retrieved for identifying a content server to which a request for content is to be delivered, the one or more rules including at least one of business rules, network rules, and user profile rules. The one or more retrieved rules are applied to the request for content to identify a content server to which the request for content is to be delivered and the request for content is delivered to the identified content server.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for updating a relevant vehicle parameter in a vehicle so as to improve accuracy of a vehicle velocity determination. In one example, a method comprises integrating signals of a longitudinal acceleration sensor to obtain a first vehicle velocity and obtaining a second vehicle velocity from a wheel speed sensor between a first and a second reference point, and updating the relevant vehicle parameter as a function of a difference between a slope associated with the first vehicle velocity and another slope associated with the second vehicle velocity. In this way, accuracy of vehicle speed determination via one or more wheel speed sensors may be improved.

The computing system generates one or more data variables for the one or more narrative frameworks based on the generated narrative template. The computing system constructs the one or more narrative frameworks by selectively retrieving data from the worksheet for each data variable of the one or more data variables in the narrative framework.

Abstract: A user activity pattern may be ascertained using signal data from a set of computing devices. The activity pattern may be used to infer user intent with regards to a user interaction with a computing device or to predict a likely future action by the user. In one implementation, a set of computing devices is monitored to detect user activities using sensors associated with the computing devices. Activity features associated with the detected user activities are determined and used to identify an activity pattern based on a plurality of user activities having similar features. Examples of user activity patterns may include patterns based on time, location, content, or other context. The inferred user intent or predicted future actions may be used to provide improved user experiences, such as personalization, modifying functionality of user devices, or providing more efficient consumption of bandwidth or power.
