The base assembly can include a platform, a plurality of wheels and a motor for driving at least one of the plurality of wheels. The rack assembly can include a storage shelf connected to the base assembly through a coupling, which includes a bearing assembly enabling the storage shelf to rotate with respect to the platform. The processing system can be configured to communicatively couple with the rack assembly and include one or more processors configured to: determine a location of a target good; cause the storage shelf to move based on the determined location.

Abstract: An imaging system includes a first camera and a second camera. A first antenna arrangement collects image light from a first scene as seen by the first camera, and a second antenna arrangement collects image light from a second, different scene as seen by the second camera. The first antenna arrangement includes a first polarized dish antenna and the second antenna arrangement includes a second polarized dish antenna. The first camera and the second camera are supported with a first polarization of the first polarized dish antenna orthogonal to a second polarization of the second polarized dish antenna such that at least some of the image light from the first scene travels through the second polarized dish antenna to reach the first camera and at least some of the image light from the second scene travels through the first polarized dish antenna to reach the second camera.

Abstract: A method for the prevention of zooglea growth within an air conditioning system includes applying an antifouling coating to an interior of a condensate pipe of the air conditioning system, where the antifouling coating has a base layer of an algaecide, an intermediate layer of a hydrophobic polymer, and a top layer of a metallic powder. The method of applying the antifouling coating includes pouring the algaecide coating into the condensate pipe, spinning the condensate pipe, and drying the algaecide coating. The method also includes pouring the hydrophobic polymer into the condensate pipe, spinning the condensate pipe to apply the hydrophobic polymer over the algaecide coating, partially drying the hydrophobic polymer, and pouring the metallic powder into the condensate pipe. In addition, the method includes spinning the condensate pipe to apply the metallic powder over the hydrophobic polymer, and drying the hydrophobic polymer until the metallic powder is embedded.

Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed herein for remote retrieval of information from endpoints and comprise receiving a master query at an endpoint in a network environment and executing a set of one or more subqueries defined in the master query. Embodiments also comprise an execution of a first subquery that includes executing a function to produce a first output, applying one or more conditions to the first output to determine a second output, and determining a result of the master query based, at least in part, on the second output. In specific embodiments, the master query is received from another node over a network connection. In more specific embodiments, the function is executed on the endpoint to collect real-time information based on one or more parameters. In further embodiments, the function is one of a plug-in or a script.

Abstract: An optical transformer includes a plurality of light emitters, a plurality of photovoltaic cells positioned to receive light from at least a first subset of the plurality of light emitters, the plurality of photovoltaic cells including at least a first photovoltaic cell and a second photovoltaic cell, and one or more optically triggered switches positioned to receive light from at least a second subset of the plurality of light emitters, the one or more optically triggered switches including at least a first optically triggered switch electrically coupled to the first photovoltaic cell and the second photovoltaic cell. A method of operating the optical transformer is also described.

An update to data stored may be received and a determination made as to whether the update to data is to the non-personalized data or the personalized data. Then, one of the non-personalized data or the personalized data set stored in the server may be updated.

Abstract: A method, computer program, and computer system is provided for encoding or decoding video data. Video data including a chroma component and a luma component is received. A first coding tree structure associated with the luma component and a second coding tree structure associated with the chroma component are determined, wherein the first coding tree structure and the second coding tree structure share a same top level coding tree structure. The video data is decoded based on the first coding tree structure and the second coding tree structure.

Abstract: A system for assisting in aligning a vehicle for hitching with a trailer includes a vehicle steering system, an imager mounted with and directed to a rear of the vehicle and outputting image data, and a controller. The controller receives the image data, applies a location identifier of a vehicle hitch ball to the image data, and identifies a coupler of the trailer within the image data. The controller also outputs a steering control signal to the steering system in reversing of the vehicle to align the location identifier of the vehicle hitch ball in the image data with the coupler of the trailer.

A method includes receiving captured image data of a person with a badge needing access to a secure area, detecting at least two faces from the captured image data, identifying a first name based on matching a face associated with a live human face with a control face in a database, identifying a second name based on matching on another face associated with the badge with a control face in a database, performing character recognition on text associated with the another face, comparing the second name with the character recognized text, comparing the second name with the first name when the second name matches the character recognized text, checking access rights, checking for at least another person in a proximity of the secure area, and granting access when the person is sole person accessing the secure area.

The stabilizing current or voltage circuit is configured to receive input power from an input power source and configured to supply a stabilized current or voltage to the plurality of LED illumination assemblies that provides a stable supply even with input power source fluctuations. Power fluctuations from an input power source can prevent the decorative light string from maintaining a desired brightness and desired LED life unless the voltage or current to the LED illumination assemblies is stabilized.
