  • Patent number: 11423437
Abstract: Example methods disclosed herein include determining a first time associated with an event notification embedded in primary media, the primary media from an online media provider by an audience measurement entity, the first time to be determined based on (i) a length of a graphical progress indicator associated with the primary media and (ii) a location of the event notification in the primary media. Example methods also include determining a second time associated with a media feature of the primary media. Disclosed example methods further include indicating that secondary media from the online media provider is to be embedded in the primary media when a difference between the first time and the second time meets a threshold.

  • Patent number: 11423151
Abstract: Some storage systems are configured with VDL (valid data length) type controls that are implemented on a per cluster basis and, in some instances, on a sub-cluster basis, rather than simply a per file basis. In some instances, per-cluster VDL metadata for the storage clusters is stored and referenced at the edge data volume nodes of a distributed network for the storage system rather than, and/or without, storing or synchronizing the per-cluster VDL metadata at a master node that manages the corresponding storage clusters for the different data volume nodes. Sequence controls are also provided and managed by the master node and synchronized with the edge data volume nodes to further control access to data contained in the storage clusters.

  • Patent number: 11422733
Abstract: Incremental replication between foreign system dataset stores is described herein. A method as described herein can include connecting to a target storage system to facilitate an initial transfer of a dataset from the system to the target storage system, wherein the system is distinct from the target storage system; in response to determining that a first version of the dataset is present on the target storage system, comparing the first version of the dataset to a second version of the dataset stored on the system; and, in response to determining that the second version of the dataset is more recent than the first version of the dataset, transferring a differential between the first version of the dataset and the second version of the dataset to the target storage system, the differential comprising less than all of the second version of the dataset.

  • Patent number: 11425499
Abstract: The present invention provides methods and systems for digital processing of an input audio signal. Specifically, the present invention includes a high pass filter configured to filter the input audio signal to create a high pass signal. A first filter module then filters the high pass signal to create a first filtered signal. A first compressor modulates the first filtered signal to create a modulated signal. A second filter module then filters the modulated signal to create a second filtered signal. The second filtered signal is processed by a first processing module. A band splitter splits the processed signal into low band, mid band, and high band signals. The low band and high band signals are modulated by respective compressors. A second processing module further processes the modulated low band, mid band, and modulated high band signals to create an output signal.

  • Patent number: 11423236
Abstract: A method for identifying phrases in a text document having a similar discourse to a candidate phrase includes separating text in a document file into a plurality of phrases and generating a plurality of embedding vectors in a textual embedding space by inputting the plurality of phrases into an embedding engine. A mapping of each embedding vector in the textual embedding space is generated with each corresponding phrase and a document location of each corresponding phrase in the document file. A candidate phrase is received by a user and a candidate embedding vector is generated using the embedding engine. Similarity scores are computed based on the plurality of embedding space distances between the candidate phrase embedding vector location and each respective location of each embedding vector in the textual embedding space. A listing of phrases with the highest similarity scores are outputted with respective document locations in the text.
