Abstract: A smart desk and chair includes a desk having at least one lift arm that is expandable and retractable for adjusting the height of a desk surface and a chair having a sensor included inside a chair seat where the sensor detects the presence or absence of a user seated in the chair. A controller in the desk controls the position of the at least one lift arm in the desk. The desk and chair are connected wirelessly enabling the desk surface to be automatically raised or lowered in relation to the floor depending on the standing or seated position of the user.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosed technology include systems and methods that can establish a communication link with a customer device, can receive call information from the customer device, can retrieve a customer profile based on a comparison of the call information to stored call information, and can save the customer profile as temporary profile data. Embodiments can receive identifying information from the customer device and, responsive to determining, based on a comparison of the identifying information to the temporary profile data, that the communication link is authenticated, connect the communication link to an authenticated call path. Responsive to determining that a predetermined amount of time has elapsed without determining that the communication link is authenticated, embodiments can determine that the communication link is unauthenticated and can connect the communication link to an unauthenticated call path and delete the temporary profile data.

The solution disclosed herein is source agnostic, meaning that the data being received can be from any provider of cloud-based data, with the data received being in a format specific to the given provider. The system can normalize the data from the respective sources into a common format based on properties on the data and, based on the normalized data, identify what type of analysis, process, or other service should be executed on data received. The system can then forward the data to respective service providers for the execution of those services.
