  • Patent number: 11238757
Abstract: The Shifting Substitution Cipher Based Efficient Vaultless Data Tokenization Apparatuses, Methods and Systems (“VDT”) transforms tokenized data storage request, detokenized data retrieval request, tokenized data retokenization request inputs via VDT components into tokenized data storage response, detokenized data retrieval response, tokenized data retokenization response outputs. A tokenized data storage request datastructure is obtained. Data type and data type instance of a plaintext data value are determined. A first data tokenization key token for the data type instance is determined. A first data shift position for the first data tokenization key token is calculated. A first tokenized data value is generated by translating the plaintext data value from a plaintext alphabet to a first shifted ciphertext data alphabet generated by shifting the first data tokenization key token using the first data shift position.

  • Patent number: 11240337
Abstract: Image transformation for use in a hybrid distribution architecture with improved performance characteristics is provided herein. The hybrid distribution architecture provides content to clients via a dual source system using a central cloud service and a Content Distribution Network, which uses the cloud service as its source. A client that requests a new rendition of an image provided by a chosen source of the hybrid distribution architecture will have that request handled by the source, and the source may maintain that rendition for future provision. By allowing the client to choose the source and letting that source handle the request, rather than requiring a central service hand the request, the amount of data needed to be transmitted is reduced and the speed of provision of content, modified or not, is improved for the client.

  • Patent number: 11238521
Abstract: The disclosure herein describes a recommendation system utilizing a specialized domain-specific language model for generating cold-start recommendations in an absence of user-specific data based on a user-selection of a seed item. A generalized language model is trained using a domain-specific corpus of training data, including title and description pairs associated with candidate items in a domain-specific catalog. The language model is trained to distinguish between real title-description pairs and fake title-description pairs. The trained language model analyzes the title and description of the seed item with the title and description of each candidate item in the catalog to create a hybrid set of scores. The set of scores includes similarity scores and classification scores for the seed item title with each candidate item description and title. The scores are utilized by the model to identify candidate items maximizing similarity with the seed item for cold-start recommendation to a user.
