  • Patent number: 11232155
Abstract: Generating and/or recommending command bundles for a user of an automated assistant. A command bundle comprises a plurality of discrete actions that can be performed by an automated assistant. One or more of the actions of a command bundle can cause transmission of a corresponding command and/or other data to one or more devices and/or agents that are distinct from devices and/or agents to which data is transmitted based on other action(s) of the bundle. Implementations determine command bundles that are likely relevant to a user, and present those command bundles as suggestions to the user. In some of those implementations, a machine learning model is utilized to generate a user action embedding for the user, and a command bundle embedding for each of a plurality of command bundles. Command bundle(s) can be selected for suggestion based on comparison of the user action embedding and the command bundle embeddings.

  • Patent number: 11233631
Abstract: Key management for encrypted data includes establishing a cache of key decryption keys and periodically evicting the keys from the cache. A pool of key encryption keys also is created and periodically, selected key encryption keys are removed from service. Notably, the rate of removal of the encryption keys differs from the rate of cache eviction for the decryption keys. Thereafter, clear data is encrypted with a cipher to produce cipher text, and the cipher is encrypted with a selected key encryption key from the pool. Finally, in response to an access request for the clear data, an attempt to locate in the cache a key decryption key for the encrypted cipher is made. If attempt fails, the key decryption key is retrieved from remote memory. Finally, the encrypted cipher is decrypted with the located key, and the cipher text decrypted to produce the clear data.

  • Patent number: 11231215
Abstract: An injection device (10) injects a dispensable fluid material (32), for example, a liquid sealant, into refrigerant lines of an air conditioning or refrigeration pressurized system, by utilizing the pressure difference between high and low pressure zones of the pressurized system. The device comprises a tube (12) which contains the dispensable fluid material (32) and is closed by an outlet valve (26). A movable member (34) houses a spring-loaded check valve (38) and is disposed downstream of and spaced from the outlet valve (26). The movable member (34) is movable within a passageway (24e) formed in an outlet tube connector (24). Upon being connected to a service port (17) of a pressurized system by an installation nut (28), movable member (34) is forced into engagement with the outlet valve (26) to open it to dispense fluid material (32) into service port (17).

  • Patent number: 11232036
Abstract: Writes to one or more physical storage devices may be blocked after a certain storage consumption threshold (WBT) for each physical storage device. A WBT for certain designated physical storage devices may be applied in addition to, or as an alternative to, determining and applying a user-defined background task mode threshold (UBTT) for certain designated physical storage devices. In some embodiments, the WBT and UBTT for a physical storage device designated for spontaneous de-staging may be a same threshold value. Write blocking management may include, for each designated physical storage device, blocking any writes to the designated physical storage device after a WBT for the designated physical storage device has been reached, and restoring (e.g., unblocking) writes to the designated physical storage device after storage consumption on the physical storage device has been reduced to a storage consumption threshold (WRT) lower than the WBT.
