Abstract: Methods and apparatus for presenting a holographic image based upon positional coordinates and a direction of interest determined via wireless communications between transceivers. The direction of interest may be based upon orientation of an apparatus associated two or more transceivers. In combination with a geospatial position, the direction of interest may be referenced in the provision of content via a generated holograph or other three dimensional projection.

Abstract: A concentrated coffee extract powder (instant coffee) and a system for producing the same are disclosed which includes: selecting and preparing coffee beans by a predetermined quality guideline; receiving a coffee extract by inputting the coffee beans into a high-volume coffee brewing machine a high-volume coffee brewing machine having a plurality of percolation tanks whose fluid inter-communication is controlled by a a Boolen logic performed by a proportional integral derivative controller (PIDC) after receiving time, temperature, and pressure data from the plurality of percolation tanks so that the coffee extract is qualitatively constant in each of said plurality of percolation tanks; freezing the coffee extract mixed with the probiotics in molds using an individual quick freezer (IQF) to obtain frozen coffee extract blocks; and vacuum freezing the frozen coffee extract blocks using a convection current vacuum freeze drying apparatus.
Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and apparatus for wireless and non-line-of-sight commissioning of smart devices. Smart devices can broadcast a first radio message that is detected by an ID tool during commissioning. The first radio messages can be unique to each device, such that the ID tool can send a second radio message addressed to a select device, the address based on the first radio message from the select/addressed device. The addressed device can respond to confirm the identity and location of the addressed device. The ID tool can then send a third radio message with a registration request command, again addressed to the selected installed device. In response, the selected installed device can enter a registration request mode and transmit an identification to a commissioning system, whereby that device's identity is now know to the system and can be wirelessly controlled.
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to methods, apparatus, and systems for actuating a soft robot. An actuation system includes a camshaft, a motor configured to drive the camshaft to rotate around a rotational axis, and an air bladder configured to expel fluid from the air bladder during compression and draw fluid into the air bladder during decompression. The system further includes a cam coupled to the camshaft that is configured to rotate around the rotational axis when the camshaft is driven and compress or decompress the air bladder based on a physical profile of the cam as the cam rotates around the rotational axis. The system also includes a soft robot coupled to the air bladder, wherein the soft robot is actuated to move based on the fluid inserted into the soft robot during compression or the fluid removed from the soft robot during decompression.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for securely verifying a subset of personally identifiable information (PII) of a first user to a second user is disclosed. A computer-implemented method may include receiving a query request from the second user through a second user application to verify the subset of PII of the first user; prompting the first user, through a first user application, to authenticate the query request; in response to the first user authenticating the query request, processing the query request to identify, in a secured database, the subset of PII of the first user stored in the secured database, to generate an identified subset of PII; comparing the subset of PII to the identified subset of PII to determine if a condition is satisfied; based on the comparing, generating an answer to the query request; and transmitting the answer to the second user through the second user application.
Abstract: This disclosure relates to a motor vehicle including remote terminals connected to battery so as to prevent electronic tampering, and a corresponding method. An example vehicle includes a battery with battery terminals. The vehicle further includes remote terminals electronically connected to the battery terminals so as to prevent electronic tampering with the battery via the remote terminals.

Abstract: A vehicle seating arrangement includes a first seating assembly, a second seating assembly, and a third seating assembly. The second seating assembly is adjacent to the first seating assembly. Each of the first, second, and third seating assemblies include a seat and a seatback. The seatbacks are pivotably coupled to their respective seats such that the seatbacks are each pivotable between a use position and a forward-dumped position. A remote control is positioned on at least one of the first seating assembly, the second seating assembly, and the third seating assembly. Actuation of the remote control in a first direction transitions the seatback of the first seating assembly toward the forward-dumped position. Actuation of the remote control in a second direction transitions the seatback of at least one of the second and third seating assemblies toward the forward-dumped position.

Abstract: A window cleaning tool for removing dirt, dust, residue and other debris from the surface of a window includes a rigid plate member having a flat top surface, a flat bottom surface, a peripheral side edge including a back edge and left and right side edges converging towards one another and meeting at a nose of the plate member. A strap passes through elongate slot openings in the plate member to allow the plate member to be secured to a user's hand with the back of the user's hand engaged against the top surface of the plate member. Hook components of a hook and loop fastener on the bottom of the plate member allow for releasable attachment of a non-scratch scouring pad thereto. The scouring pad is generally configured to match the shape of the plate member as defined by the outer peripheral edge.
Abstract: Embodiments comprise a system created through fabricating a lens array through which lasers are emitted. The lens array may be fabricated in the semiconductor substrate used for fabricating the lasers or may be a separate substrate of other transparent material that would be aligned to the lasers. In some embodiments, more lenses may be produced than will eventually be used by the lasers. The inner portion of the substrate may be formed with the lenses that will be used for emitting lasers, and the outer portion of the substrate may be formed with lenses that will not be used for emitting lasers—rather, through etching these additional lenses, the inner lenses may be created with a higher quality.

The first set of pillars and the fourth set of pillars are disposed in a first matrix and the second set of pillars and the third set of pillars are disposed in a second matrix. The second magnetoresistance element is in series with the first magnetoresistance element, the third magnetoresistance element is in parallel with the first magnetoresistance element and the fourth magnetoresistance element is in series with the third magnetoresistance element.
Abstract: A device may receive transaction data indicating that a transaction occurred. The transaction may be between a first user of a first device and a second user of a second device. The device may receive, from the first device, first sensor data indicating a first location recorded by a first sensor of the first device at a first point in time associated with the transaction; and receive, from the second device, second sensor data indicating a second location recorded by a second sensor of the second device at a second point in time associated with the transaction. Based on the transaction data, the first sensor data, and/or the second sensor data, the device may determine whether the transaction occurred and perform an action based on the determination of whether the transaction occurred.
