Abstract: Disclosed herein is an endoscope system and a handle for a medical device that allows for rotation of the device when a locking member is disengaged by an operator, but does not allow for rotation when the locking member is engaged. Such a handle allows for an operator to maintain the position of an endoscope even when the operator removes his or her hand from the controls of the scope.

Abstract: A load control device for an electrical load is configured to operate in a normal mode and a burst mode to adjust the amount of power delivered to the electrical load. The load control device comprises a control circuit that operates in the normal mode to regulate an average magnitude of a load current conducted through the load between a maximum rated current and a minimum rated current. During the normal mode, the control circuit controls the operating period of a load regulation circuit between a high-end operating period and a low-end operating period. The control circuit operates in the burst mode to regulate the average magnitude of the load current below the minimum rated current. During the burst mode, the control circuit adjusts the low-end operating period to be less than or equal to a minimum on time of the load regulation circuit.

Abstract: A tonneau cover assembly that selectively covers a truck bed of a truck is provided. The tonneau cover assembly includes a cover and a longitudinally extending rail located adjacent a sidewall of the truck bed. The longitudinally extending rail includes an attachment member. The attachment member extends longitudinally along with the rail and at least a portion of the attachment member is located over a portion of the bed. The cover includes a stiffener located adjacent the attachment member of the longitudinally extending rail.

The system determines, responsive to an instruction to execute the call-to-action, a mode of execution. The system selects a digital assistant and a second client device to execute the call-to-action. The system transmits the call-to-action to the second client device for execution.

Abstract: Treatment of subjects experiencing cerebral ischemia is improved when the treatment employs a thrombolytic and an inhibitor against vascular endothelial growth factor receptor signal transduction (VEGF-RST) at a reduced, low dosage compared to that used to treat cancer patients. The treatment is also improved to permit point-of-care use by formulating protein drugs for long term stability at room temperature, providing doses appropriate for the method, and by combining the therapeutic agents with a point-of-care diagnostic for blood brain barrier integrity.

Abstract: A safety razor removes hair from skin using the cutting blade comprising a sharp edge along an elongated side of a planar surface. An outer comb has a row of outer teeth running along the planar surface on an outside of the cutting blade, each outer tooth is substantially perpendicular to the sharp edge and spaced with a gap between the row of the outer teeth and the planar surface of the cutting blade. Ends of the row of outer teeth comprise outer teeth tips. An inner guard runs along the planar surface on an inside of the cutting blade.

The implementation scheme of specific method includes: acquiring a first intent set and at least one original corpus; acquiring a first recognition result of each original corpus, where the first recognition result of any one of the original corpus includes a first intent corresponding to the original corpus recognized by the intent recognition model; acquiring a second recognition result of each original corpus, where the second recognition result of any one of the original corpus includes a second intent corresponding to the original corpus obtained through artificial recognition; and performing optimization processing on the first intent set to obtain a second intent set according to the first recognition result and the second recognition result of each original corpus.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein generally relate to a system and method for initiating an interactive chat via HTTP request. A web server of an organization computing system receives the HTTP request from a web client executing on a remote client. The HTTP request is triggered by a selection of a dialogue request embedded in an electronic mail message. The web server transmits an API call to a back-end computing system of the organization computing system based on information included in the HTTP request. The back-end computing system parses the API call to identify a user identifier corresponding to a user of the remote client device and a request identifier corresponding to the selected dialogue request embedded in the electronic mail message. The back-end computing system initiates the interactive chat via a text-based communication channel. The back-end computing system generates and transmits an electronic message comprising a response to the dialogue request.

The unlaunched anchors are subsequently moved into a good position using either a manipulating tool or catheter-steering techniques, after which they are driven into the annulus or tissue adjacent to the annulus.

Abstract: An operating system for a standby generator includes a control unit, a switch, an inverter, a terminal, a current sensor, a starter circuit, a power control circuit, and an ignition kill circuit. The control unit is powered by a rechargeable twelve volt DC battery. The switch is selectively operable by the control unit to connect one of a first input or a second input to an output. The second input receives the supply of electrical power from an internal combustion engine. The inverter is positioned between the DC battery and the first input, and supplies electrical power to the electrical device when a movable contact of the switch connects the output to the first input. The power control circuit is connected to the control unit and is operable to adjust the movable contact of the switch to selectively connect the output to either the first input or the second input.
