Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and apparatus systems, methods, and apparatus that provide computerized optimization of a customer service queue based on customer device detection technologies. In an exemplary embodiment, a system that provides computerized optimization of a customer service queue may include device detection technology communicatively connected to a customer assistance server, a customer assistance client device (e.g., a customer representative device), and a customer device. Device detection technology may detect a device and transmit data associated with the detected device to a customer assistance subsystem. A customer assistance subsystem may generate an optimal representative and position within a customer service queue for the customer device. A notification about the optimal match may be transmitted to a customer and/or customer representative.

Abstract: Implantable drug delivery devices are provided to have a deployment shape for implantation in the body and a retention shape for retention in the body. The device may have one or more elongated drug reservoirs containing a drug, and the drug reservoir may be formed from a deformable material. In one case, a first filament is attached to the first end of the drug reservoir and second filament is attached to the second end of the drug reservoir, wherein a fastener is positioned about the first and second filaments to permit shortening and prevent lengthening of the filaments with reference to the ends of the drug reservoir, as a means for transforming the device from the implantation shape to the retention shape.

The one or more processors may generate a map based on the data associated with the notification, wherein the map indicates the available channels within the coverage area of the antenna.

Abstract: A disinfecting cover for use in disinfecting a weight bearing upper surface of a resilient medical patient pressure redistribution support includes a thin barrier membrane drapable on top of the weight bearing upper surface of the resilient support, and a peripherally-extending edge terminating between the peripherally-extending side of the resilient support between the weight bearing upper surface and the bottom surface of the support. The thin barrier membrane comprises an anti-microbial disinfectant, and being non-fibrous, and impervious to the transfer of fluid from the first main surface to the second main surface. The thin barrier membrane comprises a thickness operable to maintain the weight distribution of a patient on the weight bearing upper surface of the resilient medical patient pressure redistribution support substantially the same compared to the weight distribution without the thin barrier membrane.
