  • Patent number: 11124201
Abstract: A vehicle hitching assistance system includes a steering system including a vehicle steering wheel, a powertrain control system including an accelerator and a gear selector, a brake system including service brakes and a parking brake, and a controller. The controller executes an automated hitching maneuver, monitors the system for an interruption event. Upon identifying a standard interruption event, the controller causes the steering wheel to move to a centered position, causes the gear selector to engage a park mode, engages the parking brake, and ceases control of the steering system, the powertrain control system and the brake system. Upon identifying an exception interruption event, the controller ceases control of the steering system, the powertrain control system, and the brake system without causing the steering wheel to move to the centered position.

  • Patent number: 11128896
Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods, and apparatuses for secondary content delivery via a network. A data stream carrying, for example, a primary content may also carry a network address of a schedule that indicates one or more times at which secondary content should be presented in coordination with the primary content. A user device may receive this data stream, and use it to obtain the secondary content and to present it with the primary content. The user device may also determine whether the schedule has changed by comparing a received network address with a previously-received network address.

  • Patent number: 11123210
Abstract: It is the object of the invention to provide a knee bracing system that bolsters the body's natural ligaments to reduce the knees proneness to injury or re-injury. The invention is a cable system that acts much like the body's natural way that resists the forces that cause excessive joint movement and injury to the ACL and or MCL. As the leg travels through the range of motion the cables provide external hyper extension, bending, and rotation support preventing the tibia bone from moving forward (hyper extending) or twisting (lateral rotation) and or laterally bending with respect to the femur.

  • Patent number: 11123613
Abstract: A golf ball remover allows easy removal of a golf ball from a golf hole while the flagstick is left in place, thereby sparing physical strain on the golfer and potential damage to the hole. The golf ball remover may user the flagstick itself as a movement guide, with a ball grabbing component that is not kept within the hole, but instead is stored above the hole on the flagstick and is pushed down into the hole when used. The golf ball remover may be attached to a retractable cord and/or other movement component to automatically lift it out of the hole.

  • Patent number: 11127148
Abstract: Improved techniques for generating a depth map are disclosed herein. Initially, a stereo pair of images comprising a first and second image are obtained. Both an overlap region and a non-overlap region are identified as between these two images. A depth map is generated based on the stereo pair of images. Generating this depth map is performed by determining, for the overlap region, depths for a portion of an environment represented by the overlap region via stereo matching. The generation process is also performed by determining, for the non-overlap region, depths for a portion of the environment represented by the non-overlap region by acquiring depth information from a source different from the stereo pair of images.

  • Patent number: 11127876
Abstract: A method for allowing a reflective layer to abut against an edge of a metal contact while preventing contamination of a metal contact for an LED die is provided. The method includes encapsulating an electrical contact (i.e. metal contact) via with a barrier layer prior to deposition of a reflective film layer. The barrier layer encapsulates the metal contact by defining a mask pattern with a larger size than the metal contact via, which prevents the metal contact from becoming contaminated by the reflective film. This encapsulation reduces contamination of the metal contact and also reduces the voltage drop during operation of the LED die.

  • Patent number: 11126839
Abstract: A scanner scans a group of documents. For example, the documents can be a group of invoices. The documents are received and processed. Objects (e.g., a text object, such as a word) and their locations are identified in each of the documents. Occurrences of similar objects in the identified locations between the documents are determined. A document sorting algorithm is applied to generate a score for each of the documents. The score for each of the documents is generated based on a number of occurrences of similar objects between the documents. The generated score of each of the documents is used to identify a template document. The template document is then used to cluster the documents.

  • Patent number: 11129213
Abstract: Apparatus and methods for physical cell identification within one or more wireless networks. In one embodiment, conflicts in PCI values which may exist within two or more mobile networks (e.g., PLMNs) of respective different operators when unlicensed spectrum is utilized (e.g., according to 3GPP 5G NR-U technology) are resolved. In one implementation, this functionality is provided by specifying one or more mobility-related parameters associated with various UE, such that serving gNBs can determine whether a given UE requires a mobility context, and as such whether it should conduct subsequent RF measurement reporting to report back potential conflicts in PCI it may encounter to the gNB. In one variant, the measurement reporting is configured to comply with 5G NR-U required “listen-before-talk” or LBT protocols; i.e., to measure parameters consistent with the LBT protocols to detect any such PCI-based conflicts.
