Abstract: A push button slide mechanism, includes an outer member having a bottom wall and an upstanding side wall. The outer member defines at least one pair of holes through the upstanding side wall. The mechanism includes an inner member having a top plate and a bottom plate defining a single annular channel therebetween. The single annular channel receives an elongated member in all rotational positions of the inner member relative to the outer member. A spring member spring-biases the outer member relative to the inner member. Pressing the inner member toward the outer member against the spring forces of the spring causes the single annular channel to align with the holes through the upstanding side wall of the outer member.
Abstract: In some examples, a computer system may receiving a request to allow a second user associated with a second user account to access at least one of a folder or a link associated with a first user account of a first user. The computer system may determine a first profile associated with the first user account, and may further determine whether sharing whitelisting is enabled for the first profile. Additionally, the computer system may determine a second profile associated with the second user account, and may determine whether the second profile is included in a sharing whitelist of the first profile. When sharing whitelisting is enabled for the first profile, the computer system may allow a client device associated with the second user account to access the folder and/or the link when the second profile is included in the sharing whitelist of the first profile.

Abstract: A method for natural language interaction includes recording speech provided by a human user. The recorded speech is translated into a machine-readable natural language input relating to an interaction topic. An interaction timer is maintained that tracks a length of time since a last machine-readable natural language input referring to the interaction topic was translated. Based on a current value of the interaction timer being greater than an interaction engagement threshold, a message relating to the interaction topic is delivered with a first natural language phrasing that includes an interaction topic reminder. Based on the current value of the interaction timer being less than the interaction engagement threshold, the message relating to the interaction topic is delivered with a second natural language phrasing that lacks the interaction topic reminder.
Abstract: A crane includes a carrier, a superstructure coupled to the carrier, the superstructure including a boom, and an optical detection system having an image capture assembly including one or more image capture devices configured to capture an image of one or more of the carrier and the superstructure, and an optical control system. The optical control system is configured to detect one or more objects in the captured image, the one or more objects selected from: the carrier, the superstructure, and a marker, analyze the one or more detected objects, and determine a status of the boom based on the analysis of the one or more detected objects. The optical detection system and a method for determining the status of the boom are provided as well.
Abstract: A method and system for efficient resource usage through intelligent reporting. Specifically, the method and system disclosed herein entail implementing resource-efficient messaging between computing systems engaging in centralized restore operations. A centralized restore operation may refer to the initiation and management of the restoration of data on a remote computing system from a local computing system. Further, conventional management of a centralized restore operation necessitates frequent reporting on the state of the restoration process, which may inefficiently expend memory and network resources.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a multilayer film comprising a skin layer comprising a anhydride and/or carboxylic acid functionalized ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer having a melting point in the range of from 50 to 89° C., wherein the anhydride and/or carboxylic acid is present in an amount of from 0.02 to 0.3 percent by weight of the polyethylene based resin. The multilayer film further comprises a substrate layer comprising a resin selected from the group consisting of polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate.
Abstract: Flexible polyurethane foams are made by reacting a polyether mixture and water with a polyisocyanate. The foams have excellent suite of properties for use in seating applications, as they are supporting, comfortable and resilient foam. A further advantage is these properties can be obtained at isocyanate indices of close to or even greater than 100.

Abstract: Described technologies enhance cybersecurity by leveraging collaborative filtering tools and techniques for security use by scoring attempts to access items in digital storage. Examples provided illustrate usage of accessor IDs and storage item IDs to compute recommendation scores which then operate as inverse measures of intrusion risk. Actions taken in response to recommendation scores that fall below a specified threshold may include preventing or terminating access, or alerting an administrator, for instance. A requested access may be allowed when the computed recommendation score is above a specified threshold, which indicates an acceptably low risk that the access is an unauthorized intrusion. Described cybersecurity technologies may be used by, or incorporated within, cloud services, cloud infrastructure, or virtual machines. Described cybersecurity technologies may also be used outside a cloud, e.g.
Abstract: An electromagnetic generation circuit that works with a dedicated load in a closed circuit to generate electromagnetic fields responding to one half of a normal alternating current sine wave on an inductor. The circuit makes it possible to generate electromagnetic fields away from or externally from the dedicated load while maintaining sine wave integrity.
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for a housing for a fastener of a vehicle component. In one example, a housing for a fastener includes a central conduit adapted to receive the fastener, and a radial key extending outward from an outer surface of the housing. The radial key is first pressed against a vehicle component in an axial direction of the housing to form a first section of a channel within an interior of the vehicle component, and the key is then rotated against the interior to form an undercut, second section of the channel in a circumferential direction of the housing.
Abstract: A high density, generally recognized as safe hybrid rocket motor is described which has a density-specific impulse similar to a solid rocket motor, with good performance approaching or equal to a liquid rocket motor. These high density hybrid motors resolve the packaging efficiency/effectiveness problems limiting the application of safe, low cost hybrid motor technology.

Abstract: The disclosed technology is generally directed to mixed reality, augmented reality, and/or virtual reality devices. In one example of the technology, a first hologram is caused to be displayed to an operator with a first gaze selection area that is associated with a first selectable option. A gaze location that is associated with a gaze of the operator is evaluated. Responsive to the gaze location coinciding with the first gaze selection area of the first hologram, a first gaze dwell timer is begun. A total duration of the first gaze dwell timer is adjusted based on the gaze location being in a specific portion of the first gaze selection area. Responsive to the gaze dwell timer finishing, the first selectable option is caused to be selected.

Abstract: Systems and methods for inspection of pipelines are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, an electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMAT) transceiver (TRX) for inspecting a pipe includes a multichannel EMAT transmitter (TX) having multiple collocated transmitter coils. The EMAT TX can generate forward-propagating ultrasound waves and backward-propagating ultrasound waves. The forward-propagating ultrasound waves have higher amplitude than the backward-propagating ultrasound waves. The EMAT TRX also includes a multichannel EMAT receiver (RX) having multiple receiver coils that can receive the ultrasound waves transmitted by the EMAT TX through the pipe.

Abstract: A single piece gasket is disclosed having a skeletal member, typically metallic, and a pliable body. The pliable body includes a first portion having a first firmness and a second perimeter portion have a firmer consistency. When such a composite body is placed under compression, the perimeter will tend to limit the flow of the softer inner material past the firmer perimeter region or portion of the gasket. In this manner, creep or overrun of the less firm portion material will be reduced.
