Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for multi-event correlation. Receiving a stream of events, each leaf rule engine may detect a plurality of events from the stream that matches a characteristic for the leaf rule engine. Each leaf rule engine may identify, from the plurality of events and within a time window, a group of events that satisfies a condition for the respective leaf rule engine. A root conditions engine may receive a stream of leaf events corresponding to the group of events identified by each leaf rule engine. The root conditions engine may identify, from the received stream of leaf events and within a root time window, a collection of events that satisfies a condition for the root conditions engine. A trigger may execute an action according to the collection of events identified within the root time window.

  • Publication number: 20210279168
Abstract: An apparatus including a memory structure comprising non-volatile memory cells and a microcontroller. The microcontroller is configured to output Core Timing Control (CTC) signals that are used to control voltages applied in the memory structure. In one aspect, information from which the CTC signals may be generated is pre-computed and stored. This pre-computation may be performed in a power on phase of the memory system. When a request to perform a memory operation is received, the stored information may be accessed and used to generate the CTC signals to control the memory operation. Thus, considerable time and/or power is saved. Note that this time savings occurs each time the memory operation is performed. Also, power is saved due to not having to repeatedly perform the computation.

  • Publication number: 20210281863
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding/decoding. In some examples, an apparatus for video decoding includes receiving circuitry and processing circuitry. For example, the processing circuitry decodes prediction information of a current block in a current picture from a coded video bitstream. The prediction information is indicative of an inter prediction mode with a potential usage of a refinement technique based on a first reference picture and a second reference picture. Then, the processing circuitry determines whether a first equal weighting condition of chroma components from the first reference picture and the second reference picture is satisfied. In response to a failure to satisfy the first equal weighting condition of the chroma components from the first reference picture and the second reference picture, the processing circuitry disables the refinement technique in a reconstruction of a sample in the current block.
