The frame includes a plurality of extruded profiles, including chords, chord sleeves, struts, strut end pieces and mirror support pieces, each chord sleeve having at least one chord sleeve fin, each chord sleeve positioned about one of the chords. The frame includes a plurality of struts, at least one of the struts having a strut end piece having at least one strut fin that connects with a chord sleeve fin to connect the plurality of chords. The frame includes a platform supported by the chords and struts on which the solar mirrors are disposed. A chord sleeve for connecting a chord of a solar frame which supports solar mirrors to a strut end piece extending from a strut of the solar frame. A strut end piece for connecting the strut of a solar frame which supports solar mirrors to a chord sleeve of the solar frame. Abstract: Lifting slings for use in rigging projects to aid in the lifting of heavy objects and related methods are provided herein. A lifting sling can include an inner core comprising continuous synthetic filaments that form one or more load-bearing endless loops. The lifting sling can also include a tubular outer cover loosely surrounding the inner core so that the filaments of the core are movable relative to each other and to the outer cover.

Abstract: Systems and methods for searching for hash strings stored in an indexed array are described. A method includes receiving a hash string. The method includes determining a first set of index values for the indexed array that correspond to a first stored value matching a first portion of the hash string and determining a second set of index values for the indexed array that correspond to a second stored value matching a second portion of the hash string if a match between the first stored value and the first portion of the hash string is found. The method includes upon finding a match for the first stored value and the second stored value, comparing the hash string to each of the set of hash strings in the indexed array having an index value common to both the first set of index values and the second set of index values.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for taking bioelectric measurements of a test subject using an automated bioelectric measurement system. A bioelectric testing device may include a conductive tip that is disposed at a distal end of the bioelectric testing device, and a vibration motor for vibrating the conductive tip during bioelectric testing of a test subject. The bioelectric testing device may further include a motor that applies a motor output force to the conductive tip during bioelectric testing to maintain proper force between a test subject and the conductive tip during the bioelectric testing. The one or more vibration motors may vibrate to provide alerts about operation or operability of the bioelectric testing device to a technician or test subject, to improve conductance between the device and the test subject, or to decrease discomfort and pain for the test subject.

Abstract: A protective case for a mobile device is disclosed herein. The protective case includes a front cover, a back cover, and a relatively rigid shell. The front cover includes multiple fold lines that extend across the cover and allow adjacent regions of the cover to rotate or move relative to each other. The shell is configured to receive and retain the mobile device while providing user access to the mobile device. The shell has an outer surface configured to include a latch with an integrated hook. In operation, the latch hooks and retains one end section of the front cover to maintain the device in an angled use position when open. When in the fully closed position the latch fits within an aperture defined within a back end region of the front cover. Magnets incorporated into the front cover assist in maintaining the case in the fully closed position.

Abstract: In various embodiments of the invention, a manipulator attaches to and allows a sheath to be positioned inside the cervix and a catheter to thereby be inserted through the sheath and be positioned in a desired location in the uterus. In various embodiments of the invention, the sheath is fenestrated to allow the catheter to be detached from the sheath. In various embodiments of the invention, the manipulator allows the sheath to be positioned through the cervix canal to allow for catheter transmitted intrauterine pressure monitoring or balloon catheter assisted ripening of the cervix.

Abstract: A beverage dispensing system that can dispense both cold and hot drinks from either cold drink capsules or hot drink capsules. The cold or hot drink capsule is inserted into the system, and the lid is manually closed. if a cold drink capsule has been inserted, a mechanism cracks the capsule along a predetermined seam, injects cold mixing fluid into the capsule, and then rotates the capsule to pour out or further flush out the cold drink into a cup. If a hot drink capsule has been inserted, the lid is closed, and a rotating needle pierces the top of the capsule. The capsule is then punctured from the bottom. Hot water can then be injected into the top of the capsule, and the hot drink can be removed from the bottom into a cup.

Abstract: A circuit to control the peak current of a single inductor multiple output (SIMO) power converter operating in continuous current mode (CCM) is disclosed. The circuit generates a peak-current threshold signal that can be raised or lowered based on an error signal generated by comparing output voltages to their respective regulated levels. Additionally, the circuit can lower the peak-current threshold signal when an energy storage element of the SIMO power converter is in a freewheeling state. The lowering can occur at a rate that continues as long at the freewheeling state persists. The disclosed circuits and methods allow the peak-current threshold to converge on a level that facilitates the sufficient charging of the energy storage element to provide enough energy to the outputs but not excessive charging so as to increase ohmic loss associated with the freewheeling state.

A guide channel accepts a shade and is configured with a tensioning mechanism to allow the guide channel to be retained at varying depths within a base channel. The system is suitable for providing polished, uniform looks throughout a room and allowing for use of standard-sized shades by allowing the guide channel to be placed at an adjustable depth within a base channel. Existing channels may be utilized, or new base channels may be coupled to existing mullions.
