Methods can include receiving tag information specifying a given publisher identifier for a publisher and a given client identifier assigned to a user of the client device by the publisher. A given service identifier assigned to the user by the service apparatus is obtained. A mapping between the given service identifier to the given client identifier is created. A list of client identifiers assigned to a set of users by the publisher is received. A list of matched service identifiers corresponding to the list of client identifiers are stored. Multiple content requests are received from multiple different client devices accessing services provided by the service apparatus. Responses to the content requests are based on whether the client devices provide service identifiers that are included in the list of matched service identifiers.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for a low-overhead index for a cache. The index is used to access content or segments in the cache by storing at least an identifier and a location. The index is accessed using the identifier. The identifier may be shortened or be a short identifier. Because a collision may occur, the index may also include one or more meta-data values associated with the data segment. Collisions can be resolved by also comparing the metadata of the segment with the metadata stored in the index. If both the short identifier and metadata match those of the segment, the segment is likely in the cache and can be accessed. Segments can also be inserted into the cache.

    Abstract: A breathing circuit system for delivering gas from a fresh source to a user through a face mask. The system includes a cylindrical housing and a resiliently-biased valve supported substantially centrally within the housing. In the default or “off” position, the resilient bias causes the valve to be seated on a valve seat shutting off axial flow of gas through the valve housing. When the patient or user breathes, negative pressure is applied to one side of the valve effective to sufficiently overcome the resilient bias imposed on the valve to move the valve off the valve seat axially (or otherwise open in another direction) within the housing, thereby allowing flow of gas through both the valve seat and the valve housing, and into the breathing circuit connected thereto. When the patient's breathing pauses and begins to exhale, the valve bias returns the valve to its default or off condition shutting off flow of gas through the valve.

The given workload can be reinserted in the controlled workload list when the given one of the plurality of workloads fails to satisfy a predefined divergence threshold.
