  • Patent number: 11087254
Abstract: Contemplated herein is a system and method for answering user queries, the system and method including a tracked user skill database, a historical database, and a training content database wherein processing circuitry can determine a tool being utilized by a user; receive a user input query; tokenize the user input query and associate one or more tokens with the user input query; and search the databases so as to match the query with content within the databases. The system can then present potential matches to the user and receiving input regarding user satisfaction with regard to the potential matches presented. If the answer is not satisfactory the system can then analyze the tracked user skill database for user profiles indicating proficiency in the matched feature of the query.

  • Patent number: 11087615
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for protecting objects monitors a zone in which at least one object is held. The method uses input that it acquired from at least one monitor in communication with a server computer performing the method. Subzones are determined within the zone. Each object is associated with and/or belongs to a subzone. The method monitors the zone for an incident. This monitoring is performed across a series of images. In response to an incident being detected within a subzone, the object belonging to the subzone is identified. An alarm output is generated that is unique to the object. The output is transmitted to an output device in communication with the server computer.

  • Patent number: 11087751
Abstract: A system of reducing transmissions of packetized data in a voice activated data packet based computer network environment is provided. A natural language processor component can parse an input audio signal to identify a request and a trigger keyword. Based on the input audio signal, a direct action application programming interface can generate a first action data structure, and a content selector component can select a content item. An interface management component can identify candidate interfaces and determine if prior instances of the packetized data was transmitted to the candidate interfaces. The interface management component can prevent the transmission of the packetized data if determined to be redundant, such as having previously received the data, and instead transmit it to a separate client device of a different device type.

  • Patent number: 11087761
Abstract: Systems and methods of selecting digital platforms for execution of voice-based commands are provided. The system receives an application that performs an action associated with a service via digital platforms. The system debugs the application to validate parameters of the action on at least two platforms of the digital platforms. The system receives data packets comprising an input audio signal detected by a sensor of a client device, and parses the input audio signal to identify the action and the service. The system selects a first platform from the digital platforms to perform the action. The system initiates, responsive to selection of the first platform, an interactive data exchange to populate parameters of an action data structure corresponding to the action. The system executes the action via the selected platform using the action data structure.

  • Patent number: 11088986
Abstract: Methods and systems for user communication in an online community and/or website are provided. User profile data may be accessed to from a memory. An analysis system compares the user profile data for the user with a time-dependent goal to determine a result. The time-dependent goal may be determined based on an analysis of a set of (successful) users. A user interface system generates a representation of the result for prompting the user to initiate a communication to a different user based on the time-dependent goal. The representation may comprise a metered representation indicating an amount of progress, by the user, toward the time-dependent goal.

  • Patent number: 11087216
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for modifying a computational graph to include send and receive nodes. Communication between unique devices performing operations of different subgraphs of the computational graph can be handled efficiently by inserting send and receive nodes into each subgraph. When executed, the operations that these send and receive nodes represent may enable pairs of unique devices to conduct communication with each other in a self-sufficient manner. This shifts the burden of coordinating communication away from the backend, which affords the system that processes this computational graph representation the opportunity to perform one or more other processes while devices are executing subgraphs.

  • Patent number: 11088755
Abstract: A system for enabling signal penetration into a building includes an antenna located on a roof of a building for receiving signals at a first frequency that experience losses when penetrating into an interior of the building from a remote base station. First circuitry, located on an outside of the building, receives the signals at the first frequency that experiences losses when penetrating into the interior of the building and converts the received signals at the first frequency into a first format that overcome losses caused by penetrating into the interior of the building over a wireless communications link. The first circuitry is connected to the antenna via an Ethernet cable that transmits both electrical power and data. Power on Ethernet (POE) circuitry powers the antenna responsive to electrical power received via the Ethernet cable.
