  • Patent number: 11075975
Abstract: A personalization framework is provided. In example embodiments, a machine, including processing circuitry and memory, determines, based on interaction of a user with a virtual personal assistant at one or more client devices associated with an account of the user, a plurality of inferences about the user. The machine stores the plurality of inferences in an inference store associated with the virtual personal assistant. The machine stores user consent data representing whether the user provided consent for a module to access at least a portion of the inferences in the inference store. The machine receives, from the module, a request for a specified inference from the inference store. The machine verifies the user consent data associated with the specified inference and the module. The machine provides the specified inference to the module in response to verifying the user consent data.

  • Patent number: 11074341
Abstract: Cybersecurity peer identification (CPI) technology obtains security group definitions from an identity directory, computes peerSimilarityScores that represent user similarity in terms of security permissions, and submits contextual cybersecurity peer data to cybersecurity peer-based functionality (CPBF). CPBF code may then perform behavior analytics, resource management, permissions management, or location management. Cyberattacks may then be disrupted or mitigated, and inefficiencies may be avoided or decreased. Having smaller security groups in common gives users higher peerSimilarityScores than having larger groups in common, as a result of logarithmic, reciprocal, or other score functions. Security group definitions are refreshed and peer scores are updated at regular intervals or on demand by CPI code, to avoid staleness.

  • Patent number: 11073831
Abstract: In one embodiment, perception data is received from a number of autonomous driving vehicles (ADVs) over a network. The perception data includes information describing a set of trajectories that a number of vehicles having driven through a road segment of a road and perceived by one or more ADVs using their respective sensors driving on the same road segment. In response to the perception data, an analysis is performed on the perception data, i.e., the trajectories, to determine one or more lanes within the road segment. For each of the lanes, a lane reference line associated with the lane is calculated based on the trajectories within the corresponding lane. The lane metadata describing the lane reference lines for the one or more lanes are stored in a lane configuration data structure such as a database. The lane configuration database can then be utilized for autonomous driving at real-time subsequently without having to use a high definition map.
