Abstract: A system and method for the assessment and therapeutic treatment of neurologic function deficits through the evaluation of voluntary and involuntary neuromuscular activity and voluntary neuromuscular responses made on demand as a response to a cognitive skills test. The system permits the remote assessment and therapy of a patient through prescribed physical and cognitive skills regimens either through the remote direction of a therapist or through an artificial intelligence system that selects and modifies regimens based upon the analysis of historical data and/or real-time data. The combination of physical and cognitive therapy to require physical responses to cognitive queries is believed to improve patient outcomes by slowing, halting, or reversing the progression of certain neurological deficits.

Abstract: An Enhancement Mode (e-mode) Metal Insulator Semiconductor (MIS) High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT), or EMISHEMT, with GaN channel regrowth under a gate area, is described. The EMISHEMT with GaN channel regrowth under a gate area provides a normally-off device with a suitably high and stable threshold voltage, while providing a low gate leakage current. A channel layer provides a 2DEG and associated low on-resistance, while a channel-material layer extends through an etched recess and into the channel layer, and disrupts the 2DEG locally to enable the normally-off operation.

Abstract: This document describes techniques for suggesting actions based on machine learning. These techniques determine a task that a user desires to perform, and presents a user interface through which to perform the task. To determine this task, the techniques can analyze content displayed on the user device or analyze contexts of the user and user device. With this determined task, the techniques determine an action that may assist the user in performing the task. This action is further determined to be performable through analysis of functionalities of an application, which may or may not be executing or installed on the user device. With some subset of the application's functionalities determined, the techniques presents the subset of functionalities via the user interface. By so doing, the techniques enable a user to complete a task more easily, quickly, or using fewer computing resources.

Abstract: Methods for delivering a replacement heart valve include advancing a delivery system through a femoral vein and into the atrium of a heart, wherein the delivery system includes an outer sheath assembly, a mid shaft assembly and an inner assembly. The outer sheath assembly and the mid shaft assembly are adapted to retain the replacement heart valve in a radially compacted state over the inner assembly. The outer sheath assembly is retracted to allow a plurality of distal anchors to self-expand while a portion of the replacement heart valve remains retained in a compacted state by the mid shaft assembly. The distal anchors are positioned to engage one or more native leaflets and the retained portion of the replacement heart valve is then released and allowed to fully expand for implanting the replacement heart valve within the native valve.
