Abstract: Systems and methods for allowing an orchestrator to manage screen sharing in a meeting between multiple user devices are described. The orchestrator can use a master device to start a sharing session and select user devices to join as participant devices. The orchestrator can also select at least one receiver for receiving shared media. Participant devices are displayed on the master device. The orchestrator can then select a participant device to act as a source, and a receiver to receive the shared media from the source. The master device can contact a management server to cause the selected participant device to being sharing its screen on the receiver.

Abstract: An example valve includes: a plurality of ports comprising: (i) a first port, (ii) a second port configured to be fluidly coupled to a reservoir, and (iii) a third port configured to be fluidly coupled to a source of fluid; a spool slidably accommodated in a sleeve; an annular chamber formed between the spool and the sleeve, wherein the annular chamber is fluidly coupled to the first port, and wherein a first flow area is formed between the spool and the sleeve to fluidly couple the annular chamber to the second port via the first flow area; and a solenoid coil, wherein when the solenoid coil is energized, a solenoid force the spool, thereby causing the spool to move, forming a second flow area between the spool and the sleeve to fluidly couple the third port to the annular chamber via the second flow area.

Abstract: In one aspect of the present exercise machine, an assembly is attached to the end of a reformer, where the assembly comprises a seat mechanism and a pedal mechanism. The seat mechanism has a seat, a bracket supporting the seat, and a height adjustment system, where activation of the height adjustment system permits selective adjustment and locking of the height of the seat and the bracket by restricting travel of the seat and bracket to a slanted path that is slanted relative to the vertical. The pedal mechanism has an axle, a first pedal arm with a first pedal, and a second pedal arm with a second pedal. The pedal mechanism is located directly beneath the seat when the seat mechanism is in a lowest position and partially exposed in a higher position.

Abstract: A multi-color LED illumination device and specifically a lens comprising a cylindrical opening extending into the lens from a light entry region at which one or more LEDs are configured. A concave spherical surface extends across the entirety of the light exit region of the lens, and a TIR outer surface shaped as a CPC extends between the light entry region and the light exit region. There are various diffusion surfaces placed on the sidewall surface of the cylindrical opening, as well as its upper planar surface and the exit surface of the lens. Lunes can also be configured on the sidewall surfaces of the cylindrical opening. The combination of lunes, diffusion elements, and the overall configuration of the lens provides improved color mixing and output brightness using three interactions in a first portion of light and two interactions in a second portion of light.

Abstract: A system for initiating and authorizing a transaction including one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to associate a detectable device with at least one financial account. The one or more processors may be further configured to receive a notification indicating that the detectable device is involved in a potential transaction initiated by a sensor device detecting the detectable device in an initiating action. The one or more processors may be further configured to receive transaction information associated with the potential transaction. The one or more processors may be further configured to identify a customer profile associated with the detectable device, and determine whether the potential transaction is authorized by a customer based on the transaction information and at least one profile customization parameter associated with the customer profile.

Abstract: Anomalous sequences are detected by approximating user sessions with heuristically extracted event sequences, allowing behavior analysis even without user identification or session identifiers. Extraction delimiters may include event count or event timing constraints. Event sequences extracted from logs or other event lists are vectorized and embedded in a vector space. A machine learning model similarity function measures anomalousness of a candidate sequence relative to a specified history, thus computing an anomaly score. Restrictions may be placed on the history to focus on a particular IP address or time frame, without retraining the model. Anomalous sequences may generate alerts, prompt investigations by security personnel, trigger automatic mitigation, trigger automatic acceptance, trigger tool configuration actions, or result in other cybersecurity actions.

Abstract: A method, system and apparatus for delivery of custom blended dispensing custom blended personal care beauty products for a beauty service, wherein one or more components of a beauty product are stored where they may be supplied as needed to a dispenser, and where a control mechanism regulates the dosage of beauty components to provide a desired selected personal care beauty product with the characteristics selected. A selection screen display provides an image of a person and the person's hair that may be manipulated to simulate modifications that may include cut or styling and color or other effects. The selections are processed and stored and a formula is generated and communicating to a dispensing device to deliver the product components to produce the formula.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for routing messages in a network. Gateways may be selectively chosen to forward messages from a user device to a network server. Gateways may forward messages based on forwarding priorities for the user device. The forwarding priorities may, for example, indicate a repeat count threshold for a quantity of times the gateway may receive a message from a particular user device before the gateway forwards the message.

Abstract: A limb pad assembly for an archery bow includes an elongated body that articulates about a lateral axis and/or has a curved working surface that contacts a limb of the bow spaced from a riser of the bow by the limb pad assembly. The articulation and/or curved working surface serve to distribute stress along the limb during drawing and firing of the bow to reduce noise and vibration during firing of the bow and to reduce material fatigue in the bow limb, preventing premature limb failure.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for monitoring operation of industrial equipment are disclosed. In one embodiment, a monitoring system is provided that includes a passive backplane and one more functional circuits that can couple to the backplane. Each of the functional circuits that are coupled to the backplane can have access to all data that is delivered to the backplane. Therefore, resources (e.g., computing power, or other functionality) from each functional circuits can be shared by all active functional circuits that are coupled to the backplane. Because resources from each of the functional circuits can be shared, and because the functional circuits can be detachably coupled to the backplane, performance of the monitoring systems can be tailored to specific applications. For example, processing power can be increased by coupling additional processing circuits to the backplane.

Abstract: A door latch for a motor vehicle according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a pawl, a release lever, and a clutch selectively engaged by a magnetic field. Further, when the clutch is engaged, motion of the release lever is transmitted to the pawl via the clutch. A method is also disclosed.

Abstract: An aspect of performing flow control of IO in a synchronous replication session between a local storage and a remote storage of a storage system includes tracking an amount of time an input/output (IO) request is processed at the remote storage including an amount of time the IO request is in transmit to and from the remote storage system. The amount of time indicates a remote latency value. An aspect also includes tracking an amount of time the IO request is processed at the local storage and calculating a difference between the remote latency value and the amount of time the IO request is processed at the local storage. The difference indicates a local latency value. An aspect further includes modifying an amount of IO requests admitted at the storage system as a function of the local latency value.

The mirror actuator adjusts mirror orientation. The first light source generates a first light beam. The mirror directs the first light beam from the HUD to a combiner to generate a virtual image. The second light source generates a second light beam. The optic assembly directs the second light beam to the combiner to generate a fiducial. The control module: performs an alignment process including, based on received inputs, controlling the mirror actuator to adjust mirror orientation to adjust a position of the virtual image and align a portion of the virtual image, the fiducial and an eye of a viewer; determines a height of the eye based on a mirror angle; and displays another virtual image based on the height.

Abstract: Described examples include light fixtures and/or radio frequency (RF) nodes located in a service volume provided with a mobile asset detection system. The RF nodes receive beacon signals transmitted by mobile assets within the service volume. The mobile asset detection system includes a processor, a transceiver and multi-element antenna array. The multi-element antenna array includes multiple discrete antenna elements that, in some examples, are arranged so that at least one of the discrete antenna elements is non-coplanar with the other discrete antenna elements of the antenna array. Using signal attribute values determined from a signal received via each of the respective discrete antenna elements, a three dimensional estimate of the location of the mobile assets in a service volume may be determined.

Abstract: Surgical trays and tools for use in hip revision surgery wherein the implanted prosthesis is a reverse prosthesis comprising an acetabular ball and a femoral cup. A set of trays is provided having tools for i) separating a femoral cup from an acetabular ball, ii) separating a femoral cup from a femoral implant and iii) separating an acetabular ball from an acetabular cup. A tool for removing an acetabular cup from an acetabulum is also described. A surgical method is also provided wherein the acetabular ball and femoral cup are separated first followed by, in any order, separating the femoral cup from the femoral implant and separating the acetabular ball from the acetabular cup.
