Abstract: In some examples, feature and context based search result generation may include identifying, based on analysis of a query feature associated with a query context of a query, and an entity feature associated with an entity context of each entity of a plurality of entities, a reduced number of entities that match the query. Based on analysis of a further query feature and a further entity feature, further matching analysis of the query to the reduced number of entities may be performed. The query may be linked by a linking model to an entity of the reduced number of entities to generate a query and entity pair. Selection of an entity may be received, and a linked plurality of queries and entities may be searched. In this regard, search results may be generated and include a set of queries that is associated with the selected entity.

  • Publication number: 20210174881
Abstract: Methods for reducing read disturb using NAND strings with poly-silicon channels and p-type doped source lines are described. During a boosted read operation for a selected memory cell transistor in a NAND string, a back-gate bias or bit line voltage may be applied to a bit line connected to the NAND string and a source line voltage greater than the bit line voltage may be applied to a source line connected to the NAND string; with these bias conditions, electrons may be injected from the bit line and annihilated in the source line during the read operation. To avoid leakage currents through NAND strings in non-selected memory blocks, the threshold voltages of source-side select gate transistors of the NAND strings may be set to a negative threshold voltage that has an absolute voltage value greater than the source line voltage applied during the read operation.

Abstract: A remotely controllable antenna mount (100) for use with a wireless telecommunication antenna (102) provides mechanical azimuth and tilt adjustment using AISG compatible motor control units (171/192) and AISG control and monitoring systems to remotely adjust the physical orientation of the antenna. The mount control units are serially interconnected with AISG antenna control units (ACUs) (104) which adjust electronic tilt mechanisms within the antenna itself. An AISG compatible mount azimuth control unit (MACU) (171) drives rotatable movement of the antenna through a range of azimuth angle positions. The antenna mount further includes a mechanical downtilt assembly interconnected between the antenna interface and the antenna. An AISG compatible mount tilt control unit (MTCU) (192) drives a linear actuator for physical downtilt of the antenna through a range of tilt angle positions.

Abstract: A system that provides a sharable language interface for implementing automated assistants in new domains and applications. A dialogue assistant that is trained in a first domain can receive a specification in a second domain. The specification can include language structure data such as schemas, recognizers, resolvers, constraints and invariants, actions, language hints, generation template, and other data. The specification data is applied to the automated assistant to enable the automated assistant to provide interactive dialogue with a user in a second domain associated with the received specification. In some instances, portions of the specification may be automatically mapped to portions of the first domain. By having the ability to learn new domains and applications through receipt of objects and properties rather than retooling the interface entirely, the present system is much more efficient at learning how to provide interactive dialogue in new domains than previous systems.
