  • Patent number: 10996326
Abstract: A system and method to generate a family of orthogonal signals for a code division multiple access (CDMA) radar system involve selecting a first signal of the family of orthogonal signals for transmission by one of a plurality of transmitters of the radar system. The method includes using an algorithm to determine a second signal of the family of orthogonal signals. The algorithm uses cross-correlation values between candidate signals for consideration as the second signal of the family of orthogonal signals and the first signal. The method also includes transmitting the first signal of the family of orthogonal signals and the second signal of the family of orthogonal signals simultaneously from two different transmitters, and obtaining and processing reflections resulting from transmission of the first signal of the family of orthogonal signals and the second signal of the family of orthogonal signals.

  • Patent number: 10999397
Abstract: Described herein is a system and method for performing a clustered coherent cloud read cache without coherency messaging. At a cloud reader agent having a read cache, a request for a particular portion of data is received from a client. The request includes an identifier of the node making the request, a current time on the node making the request, a last stubbed time of the particular portion of data, and/or an identifier of the particular portion of data. When the particular portion of data is stored in the read cache of the cloud reader agent, the cloud reader agent can determine whether the cached particular portion of data is valid based, at least in part, upon the received identifier of the node making the request, the received last stubbed time of the particular portion of data, and/or, a stored time associated with the cached particular portion of data.

  • Patent number: 10996930
Abstract: Assisting automation of repeated edits of code by automated generation of rules that, when applied, perform code transformations. The transformations are synthesized while observing developers make repeated code edits, and automatically perform similar modifications as those observed. This synthesized transformation defines an initial state of code to which the transformation can be applied, and defines a modification from that initial state. A rule is then generated that includes a detector mechanism that, when selected, is configured to find locations in code that have the defined corresponding initial state of the corresponding transformation. Thus, the transformation may be applied to any code to which the rule is exposed.

  • Patent number: 10999012
Abstract: A method for data communication between a first node and a second node includes forming one or more redundancy messages from data messages at the first node using an error correcting code and transmitting first messages from the first node to the second node over a data path, the transmitted first messages including the data messages and the one or more redundancy messages. Second messages are received at the first node from the second node, which are indicative of: (i) a rate of arrival at the second node of the first messages, and (ii) successful and unsuccessful delivery of the first messages. A transmission rate limit and a window size are maintained according to the received second messages. Transmission of additional messages from the first node to the second node is limited according to the maintained transmission rate limit and window size.

  • Patent number: 10999233
Abstract: Message content is scaled to support rich messaging. Devices and associated messaging systems can support various levels of content richness or fidelity. Message content scaling is employed to ensure sharing of content in as rich a manner as possible given limitations associated with various messaging systems, among other things. Messages can be scaled down or degraded, for instance where communicating devices do not support high fidelity content being transmitted. Alternatively, messages can be scaled up or enriched in cases, where low fidelity content is transmitted to a device supporting richer content, for example.
