Abstract: The present invention relates to a memory management system in a virtualized environment. The system comprises a virtual address, a buffer storage such as a translation lookaside buffer provided to store virtual address to physical address translations, a buffer storage such as a page table provided to store virtual address to real address translations and memory protection unit provided to verify whether a physical address obtained from the virtual address is within boundaries of one or more physical system memory regions assigned to a virtual machine.
Abstract: Examples of enabling cache read optimization for mobile memory devices are described. One or more access commands may be received, from a host, at a memory device. The one or more access commands may instruct the memory device to access at least two data blocks. The memory device may generate pre-fetch information for the at least two data blocks based at least in part on an order of accessing the at least two data blocks.
Abstract: Methods, systems and devices for configuring access to a memory device are disclosed. The configuration of the memory device may be carried out by creating a plurality of access profiles that are adapted to optimize access to the memory device in accordance with a type of access. For example, when an application with specific memory access needs is initiated, the memory access profile that is designed for that particular access need may be utilized to configure access to the memory device. The configuration may apply to a portion of the memory device, a partition of the memory device, a single access location on the memory device, or any combination thereof.

The configuration of the memory device may be carried out by creating a plurality of access profiles that are adapted to optimize access to the memory device in accordance with the type of access. Accordingly, when an application with specific memory access needs is initiated, the memory access profile that is most optimized for that particular access need is utilized to configure access to the memory device. The configuration may be effected for a portion of the memory device, a partition of the memory device, or even one single access location on the memory device.

Abstract: The display device and method uses a computer display device or “pad” mounted in a frame and positioned to be visible to observers. The computer device is programmed to display user-selected messages for user-selected time periods. Preferably, the frame is displayed in the seats behind the front seats of a motor vehicle so that the passengers can be given lessons to view for selected lengths of time to facilitate learning and memorization, and to keep the passengers occupied. The frame structure allows lesson cards and handwritten messages to be displayed when the computer device is absent from the frame.
Abstract: A method for enabling cache read optimization for mobile memory devices is described. The method includes receiving one or more access commands, at a memory device from a host, the one or more access commands instructing the memory device to access at least two data blocks. The at least two data blocks are accessed. The method includes generating, by the memory device, pre-fetch information for the at least two data blocks based at least in part on an order of accessing the at least two data blocks. Apparatus and computer readable media are also described.
