    Abstract: The present device has a wire drum connected to a sliding door through a wire cable and being rotated by the power of a motor, an electromagnetic brake which applies braking to the wire drum using a solenoid as the driving source, and a switch transistor which sends electricity to the solenoid when being turned on by a Hi signal from the output port of a controller. The interval between the solenoid and the switch transistor is connected through a line where the voltage level is raised when the switch transistor is turned off and the voltage level is lowered when the switch transistor is turned on. The line is connected through a failure detecting circuit to the input port of the controller.

    Abstract: In the present control method, by measuring the sliding quantity of a sliding door until the sliding door reaches a door-open end DOE after passing a holder check point HCP, a distance Y from the HCP to the DOE is found. A distance Z′ from the HCP to the opening speed final decelerating position FDP is found from the relation between the distance Y and a specified distance Z by calculation. By the next door opening operation, when the sliding door has passed the HCP and the sliding quantity from the HCP becomes equal to the distance Z′, the controller 32 judges that the sliding door has reached the final decelerating position FDP, and decelerates the sliding door.

    Abstract: A semiconductor thin film including a well layer is laminated on a semiconductor substrate, the semiconductor substrate and the semiconductor thin film is cleaved, and a cleavage plane of the semiconductor substrate and the semiconductor thin film, which is obtained by the cleaving, is exposed to an atmosphere produced by decomposition of a gas containing N-atoms under the presence of a heated catalytic substance, thereby a surface layer of the cleavage plane is removed and a nitride layer is formed on the surface. Subsequently, a dielectric film is formed on the cleavage plane. According to the above technique, a natural oxide film formed on the cleavage plane can be removed and also a protective film can be formed by using a catalytic CVD apparatus.

The coarse particles or the magnetic particles are particularly preferable to exist in a concentration of 300 ppm or lower (by weight). Further, by controlling an average value of the specific surface area of the abrasive particles to be within 0.5 to 30 m2/g, the resulting abrasive is provided with a high cutting property and is capable of forming a polished face with high precision. The production method of such cerium-based abrasives comprises control being the concentration of the coarse particles and the classification point and repeated classification.

    Abstract: The polypropylene composite film of the present invention comprises (A) a crystalline polypropylene layer and (B) a propylene-1-butene random copolymer layer which is laminated on at least one surface of the crystalline polypropylene layer (A). The propylene/1-butene random copolymer (B) has the following properties: (1) the copolymer comprises 50 to 95% by mol of constituent units derived from propylene and 50 to 5% by mol of constituent units derived from 1-butene, (2) the intrinsic viscosity is 0.1 to 5 dl/g, (3) the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) is not less than 3, and (4) the parameter B value is 1.0 to 1.5. The crystalline polypropylene layer (A) of this composite film may be unstretched, monoaxially stretched or biaxially oriented. The polypropylene composite film has excellent heat-sealing properties, such as low-temperature heat-sealing properties and heat-sealing strength, and hot tack properties.
