  • Patent number: 10836057
Abstract: A rotary cutting unit of a shaving head of a shaving device, which cutting unit includes an external cutting member and an internal cutting member. In an interconnected condition, a holding force prevents the external and internal cutting members from moving apart. The holding force is at least exerted by a first central portion of the external cutting member upon a second central portion of the internal cutting member, and/or vice versa. The holding force may for example be provided by a snap connection or magnetic attraction between the first and second central portions.

  • Patent number: 10840915
Abstract: A method of quickly locking a locked loop includes generating an intermediate reference signal having an intermediate reference frequency between a desired output frequency and a reference frequency of a reference signal, and setting an output frequency of a controllable oscillator to the desired output frequency using a first locked loop having a first loop divider value. The first loop divider value is set such that the intermediate reference frequency multiplied by the first loop divider value is equal to the desired output frequency. The controllable oscillator is then coupled to a second locked loop when the first locked loop locks, with the second locked loop is being activated. The first locked loop is then deactivated.

  • Patent number: 10835206
Abstract: A mobile ultrasound system will pair with a wireless ultrasound probe for exclusive communication between the two for an ultrasound exam when the wireless probe is brought to within a predetermined distance of the mobile ultrasound system. The ultrasound system determines that the wireless probe is within the predetermined distance from the strength of the signal received by the system from the wireless probe. Pairing can proceed automatically when a wireless probe is within the predetermined distance, or after a user actuates a control to initiate the pairing. The ultrasound system may display the identity of a probe within range on the display of the system for selection by the user so that the user will be confident that pairing will be done with the desired wireless probe.
