Abstract: A sanitary outlet device (1, 2) including a housing (3) which has a fitting receptacle (6) with a thread (7) at an inflow end of a flow path (11). A mating thread (8) of a fitting outlet (12) can be screwed together with the thread (7). An outflow-side end of the thread (7) is equipped with a seal (9) by which the flow path (11) of the water flowing through a flow channel of the sanitary outlet device (1, 2) can be sealed outwards at a transition between a screwed-in fixture outlet (12) and the housing (3). The seal (9) forms an inner surface (10), which can be wetted by water flowing in the flow path (11) and which is free of rubber, at the transition.
Abstract: In the case of a hose connector assembly (1) it is provided for a retaining plate (15) to be used for axially fixing at least two hoses (6, 7, 8) in corresponding hose receptacles (3, 4, 5). The hoses (6, 7, 8) are insertable into respective recesses (16, 17, 18) of the retaining plate (15) by way of a lateral insertion movement (19), and the hoses (6, 7, 8) engage behind the recesses (16, 17, 18).
Abstract: A valve arrangement having a main valve and having a pilot valve which is provided for controlling the main valve and which is inserted into a pilot valve receptacle in an insertion direction, wherein, through closure of the pilot valve, a pressure is able to be built up within a pressure chamber which is closed off by a diaphragm, whereby a valve seat between a main valve inlet and a main valve outlet is able to be closed off. By opening the pilot valve, it is possible to set a release of pressure within the pressure chamber by water flowing away via an inflow, connected to the pressure chamber, of the pilot valve receptacle and via a pilot valve inlet, adjoining the latter and formed by a main body of the pilot valve. A pilot valve outlet, formed by the main body, and via an outflow, adjoining said pilot valve outlet, into the main valve outlet, opens into the main valve outlet on the outflow side of the diaphragm.
Abstract: A jet regulator (101) having a sleeve-shaped jet regulator housing (7) which is capable of being assembled on the water outlet of a sanitary outlet fitting, and having a wall (3) which supports a perforated structure (4) that forms the outlet end side of the jet regulator (101) and which in the jet regulator housing (7) is pivotable between a use position, in which the perforated structure (4) extends transversely across an outflow-side sleeve opening of the jet regulator housing (7), and a cleaning position, in which the water flowing through the jet regulator housing (7) can flow out of the jet regulator housing (7) on both sides of the wall (3) through opening gaps (8, 9) that are formed between the wall (3) and the neighboring housing internal circumferential wall.
Abstract: A sanitary insertion unit (1), including an insertion housing (6), in which insertion housing a valve having a valve piston (10) is provided, which valve piston is slidably guided in the insertion housing and can be moved from a resting position under the pressure of the inflowing water against the restoring force of at least one restoring element (11). The restoring unit has at least one movement damper (12, 13), which damps or brakes the movement of the valve piston from the resting position to the open position.
Abstract: For a sanitary attachment (3), in which at least one part (2) can be transferred from a fixed position (8) into a released position (9) using a rotational movement, a receiver (11) designed as part of a key (1) is provided, with which the part (2) can be rotated, and which further features a ridge (24) that allows for engagement with an indentation (14) on the back of the part (2) and thus for axial detachment.
Abstract: A jet regulator (104) including a jet regulator housing (1) having an outer thread (2) on the outer circumference of the housing for screwing into an internal thread (3) in the water outlet (4) of a sanitary outlet fitting. The jet regulator housing (1) has a thread profile as an outer thread (2) on the housing outer circumference, deviating at least in sections from a thread groove that is continuously spiraling around a cylindrical wall, which outer thread cooperates in this region in a self-adapting manner with the internal thread (3) provided in the water outlet (4) and/or has at least one cross-sectional widening (6, 7) which is made of the same material as the housing section of the jet regulator housing (1) supporting the outer thread (2) and which is integrally formed thereon, and which can be sealingly placed on the water outlet (4) on the end side and/or on the inner circumference side.
Abstract: A hose line and a method for producing the same. The hose line (1) has a hose connection (3) which has a connection piece having a connection nipple. A hose end of a flexible hose (2) is pushed onto the connection nipple. The hose connection (3) also has a crimp sleeve (6) which immovably clamps the hose end between itself and the connection nipple in the longitudinal direction of the nipple. There are at least two tool contact surfaces on the hose connection (3), arranged on opposite sides of the hose connection (3), preferably allocated to each other in pairs and in particular designed as wrench contact surfaces (7). The at least two tool contact surfaces of the hose connection (3), which are allocated to each other in pairs, are on the crimp sleeve (6). A ratio of a length of the crimp sleeve (6) to an outside diameter of the flexible hose is 1.5:1 to 3:1.
Abstract: It is provided for an insert (1) that the overall cross section of the aeration ducts (9, 18, 22, 23) of a jet aeration unit (3) is reduced by a ratio to the outer circumference of a mixing chamber (6) so that an air flow captures a leakage flow on the seal-free outer circumference of the insert (1) and transports the same into the mixing chamber (6). Abstract: A sanitary fitting assembly (5) having a sanitary fitting part (11) with a threaded portion (8) into which an outlet mouthpiece (2) is screwed, an insert (1) and a sealing ring (3) being inserted into the outlet mouthpiece (2). The axial length of the insert (1) is such that on the outflow end (10) a region (14) protrudes axially over the outlet mouthpiece (2). As a result, the protruding region (14) is visible from an observation position (12) at an angle (A) that is greater than 20°.
