  • Patent number: 10400431
Abstract: The insert with a rotating mesh for aerators in sanitary fixtures consists of the housing (1) of an insert, the rotating screen (5) and o-ring (6). The housing (1) of an insert has at its bottom part i.e. at the water outlet of the sanitary fixture, two bearings (2) made, the rim (4) for installing a flat sealing between the sanitary fixture and the body of aerator. The rotating mesh (5) has on its rim circumference, preferentially at the most extended part of the rotating mesh (5), i.e. at the extension of diameter of the mesh (5) two axles (7) positioned which fit into the bearings (2) in the housing (1) of the insert, and serve for axle fixing the rotating mesh (5) and thus enabling the rotation of the rotating mesh (5) around the axles (7); the rotating mesh (5) has on its outer circumference, in the upper part, a groove (11) cut, in which o-ring seal (6) is installed for sealing the rotating mesh (5) to the housing (1) of the insert. Optionally, the rotating mesh (5) can include on its circumference, i.

Abstract: A sanitary insert unit (6) is provided having an insert housing (2) which can be mounted on or in a water outlet (3) of a sanitary outlet fitting and in the housing interior of which there is provided a liquid path that channels water flowing through the housing interior. A jet splitter (9, 10) with a plurality of splitter openings (11, 13) is provided in the liquid path, and the splitter openings divide the through-flowing water into a plurality of individual jets. At least one grid or mesh structure (14, 15) follow the jet splitter (9, 10) in the liquid path, and at least one bypass duct (16) which bypasses the liquid path at least in certain portions is provided. The bypass duct (16) is formed as a nozzle for generating at least one accelerated liquid jet, and for this purpose, the at least one bypass duct (16) has a tapering clear duct cross section at least in a sub-portion.

Abstract: A hose line and a method for producing the same. The hose line (1) has a hose connection (3) which has a connection piece having a connection nipple. A hose end of a flexible hose (2) is pushed onto the connection nipple. The hose connection (3) also has a crimp sleeve (6) which immovably clamps the hose end between itself and the connection nipple in the longitudinal direction of the nipple. There are at least two tool contact surfaces on the hose connection (3), arranged on opposite sides of the hose connection (3), preferably allocated to each other in pairs and in particular designed as wrench contact surfaces (7). The at least two tool contact surfaces of the hose connection (3), which are allocated to each other in pairs, are on the crimp sleeve (6). A ratio of a length of the crimp sleeve (6) to an outside diameter of the flexible hose is 1.5:1 to 3:1.

  • Publication number: 20190211538
Abstract: A jet regulator (100) including a jet regulator housing (2) is disclosed, in the housing interior of which a perforated plate (5) is provided with a plurality of flow-through holes (6) for dividing the through-flowing water. The jet regulator described is characterised in that at least one flow-through hole (6) extends conically towards its outflow side in at least one outflow-side hole section. It is also possible for flow obstacles to be provided on the outflow side of the perforated plate (5) in the jet regulator housing (2) and/or on the outflow front face of the jet regulator housing, which are arranged or concentrated there in a central or middle region and which deflect the through-flowing water into an outer annular zone. This jet regulator (100) enables an aerated and thereby sparkling-soft water jet to be generated even with low flow-through performance and low water pressure.
