  • Patent number: 10669703
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a sanitary insert unit, configured for insertion into a discharge fitting. The insert unit includes an upstream sieve connected to a throughflow regulator. The throughflow regulator includes a control gap and a throttle body that deforms under pressure to regulate throughflow by varying an opening size of the control gap. The sieve and throughflow regulator are arranged upstream of a jet diffusor which includes a plurality of radial openings. The sieve, throughflow regulator and jet diffusor are arranged to be, at least partially, received within a housing. The ratio of the overall height of the insert unit to the height of the height of the assembled sieve and throughflow regulator is approximately 2.7:1.

  • Patent number: 10550980
Abstract: A detachable plug connection includes a tubular insert part having a retaining projection on its outer circumference, a sleeve-shaped receiving part, and a connecting element connected to the receiving part with an inwardly directed, upwardly pivotable retaining edge that engages behind the retaining projection after pushing in the insert piece. A sleeve-shaped locking element surrounds the connecting element in a sliding manner and can be displaced between a release position, in which the axial sliding movement is transformed into an opening movement of the retaining edge oriented transversally thereto, and a locking position, in which it surrounds the connecting element preventing upward bending in the region of the retaining edge and the connecting element projects above the locking element, in an intermediate or coupling position of the locking element such that the retaining edge can be bent upwards when the retaining projection on the insert piece is pushed in.

  • Patent number: 10512920
Abstract: A sanitary insertion unit includes an insertion housing in which at least one closing valve having an annular channel is provided. An annular valve body composed of elastic material is arranged in the annular channel, the valve body deforms under the pressure of the incident fluid in such a way that the valve body tightly closes the annular channel. The annular channel of the closing valve has a profile on an inner and outer channel wall. Via the profile, better controllability of the closing valve during the closing process of the valve body of the closing valve can be achieved and disturbing noises and vibrations are effectively avoided.
