Abstract: A flow rate regulator (1) for limiting a flow rate of a fluid, in which a clear opening dimension (5), which can be modified between a maximum and a minimum, of a control opening (3), may be defined by an interaction between a control element (2) and a housing (4) of the flow rate regulator (1). The clear opening dimension (5) of the control opening (3) can be modified by a deformation of the control element (2) as a function of a pressure acting on the control element (2). The control element (2) has at least two segments (6) which are detached from one another and can each be deformed as a function of pressure, and an edge (7) defining the control opening (3) is formed by the control element (2) and the housing (4).

Abstract: To improve the switching characteristics of a sanitary switchover valve (1) it is suggested that a valve piston (6) of the switchover valve (1) is designed in such a way that a fluid which flows in through a valve inlet (3) of the switchover valve (1) into a valve body (2) of the switchover valve (1), both in a first switching position (7) and in a second switching position (8) can flow around a connecting element (12), which forms a middle section of the valve piston (6), on all sides. To this end, it is envisaged that an outer diameter (15) of the connecting element (12) is smaller than an outer diameter (17) of a second end section (14) of the valve piston (6), where the second end section (14) is arranged in the region of a second valve outlet (5) of the valve body 2.

Abstract: A sanitary insert, which is arranged in a water line, is provided. The sanitary insert includes a mixing device with at least one throttling or closing element, which can be moved under the pressure of the inflowing water from a mixing or open position into a throttling or closed position against a restoring force. The mixing device offers a relatively large clear flow cross section when the at least one throttling or closing element in the mixing or open position, and, by contrast thereto, a reduced clear flow cross section when the at least one throttling or closing element is in the throttling or closed position. The installation element always offers an optimum flow cross section both in low and high pressure ranges.

Abstract: A releasable plug connection with a tubular plug-in part, and with a sleeve-shaped receiving part which has an insertion opening through which the plug-in part is insertable into a sleeve interior of the receiving part. At least one annular groove is provided on the inner circumference of the receiving part, in which an annular seal is arranged which provides sealing in the annular gap between the inner circumference of the receiving part and the outer circumference of the plug-in part. The insertion opening opens out in a first interior portion of the sleeve interior that is configured as a cross-sectional widening in relation to an adjacent second interior portion and is delimited by an annular shoulder, and an insertion sleeve is insertable in the first interior portion of the sleeve interior, its peripheral edge directed towards the annular shoulder being spaced apart from the annular shoulder to form the annular groove between the peripheral edge of the insertion sleeve and the annular shoulder.
