  • Patent number: 11072858
Abstract: An injecting assembly includes a nozzle that is formed with a mixture channel, a mixture opening communicating with the mixture channel, a shaper channel, and a shaper opening communicating with the shaper channel. A mixture of a precursor and a supercritical fluid (SCF) passes through the mixture channel. Waves of the mixture are periodically injected toward a surface of a substrate at the mixture opening. A stream of a shaping fluid flows through the shaper channel and is injected toward the substrate at the shaper opening. The stream of the shaping fluid confines the waves of the mixture. Molecules of the precursor penetrate into the substrate by impact of the wave fronts reaching the surface of the substrate. The molecules of the precursor can react with molecules of a material of the substrate to improve surface properties of the substrate.

  • Patent number: 11067552
Abstract: A multi-core sensor system is provided. The multi-core sensor system can intelligently determine whether the reason for an abrupt dramatic change in sensor data is a sub-sensor fault or sudden pollution, so as to increase reliability of detected data of the sub-sensor. The multi-core sensor system can automatically determine whether the repair is needed when a device fault occurs, so as to ensure the continuity of sub-sensor detected data, which has significant value for continuous monitoring required for a haze treatment operation. In addition, human and material resources for device maintenance may be saved, thereby reducing waste.

  • Patent number: 11060722
Abstract: A tip burner for a flare comprises a diffuser (7) which is sealingly connected downstream to a shroud (9) comprising a tightly packed bed of granular material (13). The stream of fuel and oxidizer flows to a diffuser where is mixed and tangentially swirled by a swirler (8) located either in the diffuser or in a closed proximity to the diffuser inlet. The mixture flows next to the shroud where the granular material provides a tortious flow path for the stream, restructuring it aerodynamically and reducing its velocity, preferably to sub sonic level. A combustible mixture exits the shroud as multiple of jet, at low velocity and low turbulence. The mixture is ignited by a pilot burner installed above but in close proximity of the shroud, resulting in a stable flame which generates a low noise level.
