Abstract: A cushion capable of exhausting heat and moisture includes an airproof bottom fabric, a lumpy foam pad on top of the bottom fabric, and a face fabric on top of the foam pad. The face fabric and the bottom fabric are connected to form a peripheral lamination so that the foam pad is enclosed between the face fabric and the bottom fabric to constitute the cushion having a certain thickness. The cushion has a plurality of air exhaust apertures close to the peripheral lamination. When the cushion is applied to a backpack, the face fabric can absorb the heat and perspiration of a user. When the user acts to compress and restore the foam pad, air is exhausted and inhaled repeatedly through the exhaust apertures of the cushion to expel heat and perspiration so as to provide a cool and comfortable effect.
Abstract: Apparatus for processing substrates according to a predetermined photolithography process includes a loading station in which the substrates are loaded, a coating station in which the substrates are coated with a photoresist material, an exposing station in which the photoresist coating is exposed to light through a mask having a predetermined pattern to produce a latent image of the mask on the photoresist coating, a developing station in which the latent image is developed, an unloading station in which the substrates are unloaded and a monitoring station for monitoring the substrates with respect to predetermined parameters of said photolithography process before reaching the unloading station.
Abstract: A method and system are presented for monitoring measurement of parameters of patterned structures based on a predetermined fitting model. The method comprises: (a) providing data indicative of measurements in at least one patterned structure; and (b) applying at least one selected verification mode to said data indicative of measurements, said at least one verification mode comprising: I) analyzing the data based on at least one predetermined factor and classifying the corresponding measurement result as acceptable or unacceptable, II) analyzing the data corresponding to the unacceptable measurement results and determining whether one or more of the measurements providing said unacceptable result are to be disregarded, or whether one or more parameters of the predetermined fitting model are to be modified.

Abstract: A collapsible refuse bin which has two ends walls and two side walls atop a base. The end walls, side walls and base are twinned wall plastic components. The side walls are made of two panels which are pivotally attached to one another along vertical axis. The end walls are pivotally attached to the base. The side walls engage a base along a tongue and groove means. Side walls and end walls have mutually engaging edges. Removal of the side walls followed by folding down the end walls converts the refuse bin to a collapsed position.

Abstract: A neutron detector includes a coincidence detector to detect coincidence events in which each coincidence event indicates proximity in time of a first signal and a second signal. The first signal indicates detection of at least one of a neutron or a gamma ray, and the second signal indicates detection of a gamma ray by a gamma ray detector. A data processor identifies detection of neutron radiation based on characteristics of an energy spectrum of the gamma rays associated with the second signals that correspond to the coincidence signals.
Abstract: The present invention provides a transfer line exchanger which is optimized for one or more objective functions of interest such as pressure drop, erosion rate, fouling, coke deposition and operating costs. The transfer line exchanger is designed by computer modeling a transfer line exchanger in which the cross section of flow path is substantially circular and modeling the operation of the transfer line under industrial conditions to validate the model design and its operation. Then iteratively the model design is deformed and the operation of the deformed part is modeled and compared to values obtained with other deformed models until the value of the objective function is optimized (e.g. at an extreme) or the change in the objective function is approaching zero.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the present invention provide components for a serpentine fluid reactor which is optimized for one or more objective functions of interest such as pressure drop, erosion rate, fouling, coke deposition and operating costs. The components are designed by computer modeling the components individually and collectively in which the cross section of flow path is substantially circular under industrial conditions to validate the model design and its operation. Then iteratively the component designs are deformed and the operation of the deformed part(s) is modeled and compared to values obtained with other deformed models until the value of the objective function is optimized (e.g. at an extreme) or the change in the objective function is approaching zero.

Abstract: Disclosed is a multiple separation filter including a microfiltration membrane, an active carbon-based filter and a ceramic filter stacked in order, wherein the active carbon-based filter is obtained by mixing active carbon with at least one selected from zeolite, gold, silver and a mixture thereof, treating the mixture with plasma gas of 60,000° C. to 70,000° C., and then quenching the mixture to ?200° C. to ?273° C. under vacuum, and the ceramic filter is obtained by quenching plasma gas generated by heating magnesium at 60,000° C. to 70,000° C. to ?200° C. to ?273° C. under vacuum. Disclosed also is antioxidant water obtained by using the multiple separation filter. The antioxidant water has a negative oxidation reduction potential.
