Abstract: A treatment method for non-ablative tissue regeneration includes directing at least one laser pulse having a wavelength onto a tissue surface of a human or animal body, and controlling an energy delivery time ted of the at least one laser pulse, during which the second half of the pulse energy is delivered, to be sufficiently short, so that, given the wavelength and thus a corresponding penetration depth ? of the at least one laser pulse, a thermal exposure time texp of the tissue surface is smaller than 900 microseconds. Abstract: A method of detecting likely malicious activity in a sequence of computer instructions includes identifying a set of behaviors of the computer instructions and representing the identified behaviors as a graph. The graph is provided to a graph neural network that is trained to generate a geometric representation of the sequence of computer instructions, and a degree of relatedness between the geometric representation of the computer instructions and a set of base graphs including base graphs known to be malicious is determined. The sequence of computer instructions is determined to likely be malicious or clean based on a degree of relatedness between the geometric representation of the computer instructions and one or more base graphs known to be malicious.

The partial diffuser diffuses light that is emitted by LEDs of a selected first subset of LEDs in the LED array and leaves undiffused light that is emitted by LEDs of a second subset of LEDs in the LED array. Abstract: A water supply control system is disclosed that comprises a computer-implemented control system coupled to a plurality of gates, one or more pumps, and a plurality of sensors. The computer-implemented control system is configured to receive a request to transfer excess water from a non-water supply lake to a water supply lake and determine, based at least in part on data from the plurality of sensors and geographic locations of the non-water supply lake and the water supply lake, whether transferring water as requested will cause or worsen a flood event. In response to a determination that transferring water as requested will not cause or worsen a flood event, the computer-implemented control system is further configured to issue a command to cause a gate associated with a dam at the non-water supply lake to open such that water is transferred from the non-water supply lake to the water supply lake.
Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of catalyst preparation, disclosing a preparation method and application of a coated vanadium-tungsten-titanium oxide monolithic SCR catalyst. The method includes the steps of mixing a vanadium oxide precursor, a tungsten oxide precursor, titanium dioxide, an inorganic adhesive, an organic adhesive and a macromolecular surfactant with deionized water and stirring them to obtain a thick liquid; adding a pH adjuster to the thick liquid to make its pH 1.5-4.5; impregnating a cordierite honeycomb carrier in the thick liquid to obtain a preliminarily-impregnated catalyst and dried and calcined the preliminarily-impregnated catalyst to obtain a finished catalyst. The method has advantages such as simple operation, easy repetition and short time-consuming, so it can be applied to exhaust gas post-treatment of a marine diesel engine, and provide a good choice for catalysts used to denitrify medium and high temperature exhausted gas from marine engines.
