  • Patent number: 11961573
Abstract: A plurality of memory programming the memory cells to at least one programmed data state in a plurality of program-verify iterations. In each iteration, after a programming pulse, a sensing operation is conducted to compare the threshold voltages of the memory cells to a low verify voltage associated with a first programmed data state and to a high very voltage associated with the first programmed data state. The sensing operation includes discharging a sense node through a bit line coupled to one of the memory cells and monitoring a discharge time of the sense node. At least one aspect of the sensing operation is temperature dependent so that a voltage gap between the high and low verify voltages is generally constant across a range of temperatures.

  • Patent number: 11957968
Abstract: A batting training aid includes a base, a vertically-extending brace or leg supported by the base, and a plane attached to an upper end of the brace via a joint. The brace allows for adjustment of the height of the plane, while the joint between the plane and the brace allows the plane to roll, pitch, and/or yaw to mimic optimal swing planes for different pitch locations/angles and batter heights. The training aid can incorporate a batting tee for tee work and/or a resistive medium to approximate contact during dry swings. A guide bar can be provided above the plane to prevent a hitter from swinging down on the ball. Sensors can be incorporated into the training aid to measure one or more swing metrics, such as bat speed; data collected by the sensors can be transmitted to external devices such as smartphones, tablets, personal computers, and the like.

  • Patent number: 11961296
Abstract: A system generates a plurality of spatial points based on depth measurements of physical objects. The system determines, based on the plurality of spatial points, an occupancy score for each voxel within a plurality of voxels. The system identifies, based on a gaze of the user, a first set of occupied voxels that are in a field of view of the user and a second set of occupied voxels that are outside the field of view of the user. The system updates the occupancy scores of the first set of occupied voxels by temporally decaying one or more of the plurality of spatial points within the first set of occupied voxels. The system maintains the occupancy scores of the second set of occupied voxels. The system detects intrusions in a predefined subspace within a physical space based on the updated occupancy scores of the first set of occupied voxels.

  • Patent number: 11959776
Abstract: One example method involves generating a calibration control signal that causes an actuator to rotate a first platform at least one complete rotation about an axis. The method also involves receiving encoder output signals. The encoder output signals are indicative of angular positions of the first platform about the axis. The method also involves receiving sensor output signals from an orientation sensor mounted on the first platform. The sensor output signals are indicative of a rate of change to an orientation of the orientation sensor. The method also involves determining calibration data based on given sensor output signals received from the orientation sensor during the at least one complete rotation. The calibration data is for mapping the encoder output signals to calibrated measurements of the angular positions of the first platform about the axis.

  • Patent number: 11960585
Abstract: A nonce is sent to a user communication device. Obfuscated biometric data is received from the user communication device. The obfuscated biometric data is generated by an obfuscation process that uses the nonce and first biometric data. The first biometric data is generated from a biometric of a user at the user communication device. For example, the first biometric data may be biometric data from a fingerprint scan. The obfuscation process is reversed by using the first nonce to produce the first biometric data. The first biometric data is compared to known biometric data of the user. In response to the first biometric data being within a threshold of the known biometric data, the user is authenticated.
