  • Patent number: 11946731
Abstract: An arrow head cluster is created utilizing an injection mold. An upper cluster cavity is formed in an upper die member and a lower cluster cavity is created in a lower die member. The upper and lower cluster cavities, when joined create a cluster cavity. The cluster cavity is used to create the arrow head cluster, after molten material is injected into the injection mold. The cluster cavity includes a plurality of chambers for creating a plurality of arrow heads. The plurality of chambers are connected to each other with a plurality of flow channels and a support frame. The injected material includes metals, ceramic and plastic. The materials are injected into the cluster cavity through the plurality of flow channels. The plurality of flow channels allow the material to flow evenly through the plurality of cluster cavities.

  • Patent number: 11949701
Abstract: Disclosed is a scalable, graph-based approach to detecting anomalous accesses to resources in a computer network. Access events are represented as edges between resource nodes and accessing nodes (e.g., corresponding to users) in a bipartite graph, from which vector representations of the nodes that reflect the connections can be computed by graph embedding. For an access event of interest, an anomaly score may be computed based on dissimilarities, in terms of their embedding distances, between the associated accessing node and other accessing nodes that have accessed the same resource, and/or between the associated resource node and other resource nodes that have been accessed by the same accessing node.

  • Patent number: 11944924
Abstract: An interconnection scheme between a filter cartridge and its corresponding manifold whereby a magnetic shear force is introduced to remove a blocking mechanism that would otherwise prohibit attachment. The magnetic shear force may also be employed to activate or deactivate a switch or valve, or engage or disengage an engagement mechanism relative to other components upon interconnection. The magnetic shear force is generated by complementary correlated magnet structures moved into close proximity to one another. The interconnection scheme may be a linear or rotational attachment of the filter cartridge with respect to the manifold. A valve assembly utilizing magnetic shear force may be employed to activate a bypass action between a manifold ingress port and egress port, thereby allowing water to flow when a filter cartridge is removed from the manifold and directing water to the filter cartridge when the valve assembly is activated.

  • Patent number: 11947499
Abstract: A peer-to-peer global namespace for storage system metadata federations. Specifically, the disclosure proposes a peer-to-peer metadata federation architecture, where enterprise storage metadata for any and all geo-distributed sites may be distributed across and continually reconciled by a network of nodes, instead of being maintained by a single node assigned to a given geographic location. In implementing a federation, the network of nodes may lack exploitable, centralized points of vulnerability, and therefore, may exhibit no central point of failure. Furthermore, the disclosure proposes the implementation of a global metadata namespace for the enterprise storage metadata spanning the entirety of an enterprise (across all geographic locations). The global metadata namespace may be maintained on each node through event-based synchronization.

  • Patent number: 11947637
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for preauthorizing a batch of access rights licenses, e.g., Digital Rights Management (DRM) licenses, and storing them at a location. The preauthorization may be based on predicting a batch of content items to be viewed. The location may be a content server or a user device. After receiving a request from the user device to play back a content item of the batch of predicted content items, the DRM license may be provided from the storage location instead of performing an authorization operation to obtain one from a DRM server. Providing the DRM license from the storage location may take less time than performing the authorization operation to obtain the DRM license from the DRM server.

  • Patent number: 11949491
Abstract: Wireless communication is provided over an extended distance using a line or a series of drones traveling along a transmission path between a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter sends a data signal to a first drone that is within range of the transmitter. The first drone sends the data signal to an adjacent drone in the line of drones which retransmits the data signal to the next drone in line. The data signal is transmitted between drones until it reaches a final drone within range of the receiver. The final drone transmits the data signal to the receiver. As the drones travel along the transmission path, new drones are launched from a location within range of the transmitter to replace drones that land after transmitting a data signal to the receiver.

  • Patent number: 11947935
Abstract: Custom source code generation models are generated by tuning a pre-trained deep learning model by freezing the model parameters and optimizing a prefix. The tuning process is distributed across a user space and a model space where the embedding and output layers are performed in the user space and the execution of the model is performed in a model space that is isolated from the user space. The tuning process updates the embeddings of the prefix across the separate execution spaces in a manner that preserves the privacy of the data used in the tuning process.
