  • Patent number: 12198165
Abstract: A system and method of processing, within a single procedure, cash equivalents and fix assets from any disposition class. The method includes identifying the benefactor and asset to be donation. Once identified, the asset is classified into one of three disposition classes. The disposition classes are used to determine the value for valuing. Once the value is determined, an impact statement is generated. Depending on the disposition class, the item is either converted to funds directly or through an intermediary. Once the item is converted to funds, the funds are transferred to the identified benefactor.

  • Patent number: 12194093
Abstract: Methods are provided herein for determining and administering optimized dosing of therapeutic anti-CD47 agents, in a schedule that provides safe escalation of dose while achieving a therapeutic level in a clinically effective period of time. The methods can comprise the steps of clearance, escalation, and maintenance. In one embodiment the dosing regimen administers an initial (i) sub-therapeutic dose of an anti-CD47 agent or (ii) a cytoreductive therapy to achieve a safe level of circulating tumor cells for subsequent treatment (clearance); escalating the dose of an anti-CD47 agent until a therapeutic dose is reached (escalation); and maintaining the therapeutic dose for a period of time sufficient to reduce tumor cells in the bone marrow of the patient (maintenance). In an alternative dosing regimen, a patient determined to have a safe level of circulating tumor cells at presentation is treated by the steps of escalation and maintenance without initial clearance.

  • Patent number: 12199449
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for wirelessly transferring power to a multi junction photovoltaic cell of a space apparatus via a light emission system. The light emission system uses multiple lasers emitting different wavelengths and/or photon energies to produce electron-hole pairs in each layer of the multi junction photovoltaic cell to prompt power generation by the multi junction photovoltaic cell. The light emission system may be located on Earth or on another space apparatus. The multi junction photovoltaic cell can convert sunlight and the light emitted by the light emission system into electrical energy.

  • Patent number: 12195042
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product aspects for validating protolanes. For example, the method includes determining a protolane level flowchart from one or more flowcharts corresponding to one or more gates of a protolane selected from a set of protolanes of a geonet, wherein the one or more flowcharts correspond to conditions that can be encountered by an actor approaching the corresponding one or more gates, and wherein the geonet comprises a plurality of lane segments associated with the set of protolanes. A graph through the protolane level flowchart is generated that corresponds to actions of an actor. Reasoning of the actor is validated by testing the actions of the actor against the graph through the protolane level flowchart.

  • Patent number: 12199586
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for capacitively isolated first communication channels with common mode noise suppression. In embodiments, a driver on the first circuit transmits a data signal on the first communication channel to a receiver on the second circuit. A common mode suppression circuit on the second circuit is coupled to the receiver, output of the suppression circuit is coupled to a node between the first capacitor and the resistor network and an input is coupled to a ground of the first circuit via a second capacitor. The common mode suppression circuit is configured to detect a common mode movement signal due to a noise pulse to the second circuit on the input and generate a corresponding signal on the output to maintain a current level across the resistor network for suppressing common mode noise from the pulse.

  • Patent number: 12200569
Abstract: Architectures and techniques are presented that can leverage network equipment (e.g., broadband provider equipment, cellular provider equipment) in order to provide enhanced guidance to a target location. This enhanced guidance can supplement existing mapping or navigation equipment. Such can be advantageous for public safety answering point entities and first responder entities as well as, potentially, for service technicians or delivery. When an entity (e.g., first responder) is dispatched to a particular location, an associated residential gateway (RG) or other device can be identified, and an associated SSID determined. This SSID can be provided to the entity seeking that particular location so that SSID scans can operate similar to a transponder or homing beacon. The SSID might also be configured specially for this purpose. Additionally, the state of a device attached to the RG can be altered to further aid in locating, such as blinking porch lights or audible indicia.

  • Patent number: 12200008
Abstract: The method of some embodiments assigns a client to a particular datacenter from among multiple datacenters. The method is performed at a first datacenter, starting when it receives security data associated with a second datacenter. Then the method receives a DNS request from the client. Based on the received security data, the method sends a DNS reply assigning the client to the particular datacenter instead of the second datacenter. The receiving and sending is performed by a DNS cluster of the datacenter in some embodiments. The particular datacenter includes a set of servers implementing an application for the client in some embodiments. The datacenter to which the client gets assigned can be the first datacenter or a third datacenter.
