Abstract: A solar power generation system is provided for more efficiently and cost-effectively generating and delivering power. The solar power generation system includes a plurality of distributed power converter nodes each configured to convert DC power received from a solar module into a deadband DC waveform. The deadband DC power generated by each power converter node is then transmitted to a centralized grid interface box, which is configured to unfold the deadband DC waveform into an AC signal suitable for transmission to an electric power grid.

Abstract: An integrated circuit includes a set of N unit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) having a common architecture, and which provide an aggregate data rate. Moreover, the integrated circuit includes control logic that selects subsets of the set of N unit ADCs in order to realize sub-ADCs of different data rates that can each be an arbitrary integer multiple of an inverse of N times the aggregate data rate of the N unit ADCs. Furthermore, the control logic may dynamically select the subsets on the fly or on a frame-by-frame basis. This dynamically selection may occur at boot time and/or a runtime. Additionally, the given different data rate may correspond to one or more phases of a multi-phase clock in the integrated circuit, where the multiphase clock may include a number of phases corresponding to a number of possible subsets, and given selected subsets may not use all of the available phases.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for accessing information associated with an organization hierarchy. In one aspect of the disclosure, a method includes transmitting, from a device to a server in which multiple group models are stored, an access request to access a first group model of the multiple group models. Each group model of the multiple group models is associated with a different organization and includes multiple group data structures, multiple group type data structures, and multiple group member data structures. Each group model is associated with group hierarchy information that indicates a hierarchy associated with the multiple group data structures associated with the group model. The method further includes receiving, at the device and based on the access request, first hierarchy information associated with a first group model. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Implementations are directed to developing and facilitating a data collaboration using a debug mode that permits debugging a data pipeline without exposing collaborator data. In an example implementation, collaborators that contribute production data into a data pipeline specify sample data such as mock, random, or expired data for each production dataset they contribute. When one of the collaborators triggers the data pipeline in debug mode, a modified data pipeline that substitutes the production data for the sample data is executed to generate sample derived data in a data trustee environment, without exposing the production data. Since debug mode does not use production data, a data pipeline may run in debug mode even if a governing contract has not been signed (and entitlements have not been granted), and/or diagnostic logs generated by the modified data pipeline in debug mode may be exposed to the collaborators for debugging purposes.

Abstract: A system for braking a vehicle includes an operator interface that transmits a brake command signal when actuated by a vehicle operator. When the interface is not actuated and does not transmit the signal, a controller receives signals indicative of whether the vehicle is in an active or inactive state from two different sources and determines that the vehicle is in the inactive state if both of the signals indicate the vehicle is in the inactive state. The controller receives another signal indicative of a speed of the vehicle and determines whether the speed of the vehicle meets a predetermined condition relative to a predetermined speed of the vehicle. The controller generates a control signal to apply a wheel parking brake on the vehicle after determining that the vehicle is the inactive state and determining that the speed of the vehicle meets the predetermined condition relative to the predetermined speed.

Abstract: Among other things, we describe techniques for implementing a vehicle response to sensor failure. In general, one innovative aspect of the subject matter described in this specification can be embodied in methods that include receiving information from a plurality of sensors coupled to a vehicle, determining that a level of confidence of the received information from at least one sensor of a first subset of sensors of the plurality of sensors is less than a first threshold, comparing a number of sensors in the first subset of sensors to a second threshold, and adjusting the driving capability of the vehicle to rely on information received from a second subset of sensors of the plurality of sensors, wherein the second subset of sensors excludes the at least one sensor of the first subset of sensors.

Abstract: A device detects a communication involving a user associated with an account and a service representative, and sends, to a user device associated with the account, an authentication notification that causes the user device to display an authentication field for the user. The device sends, to a service representative device associated with the service representative, a message that indicates that the service representative is to request, via the communication, the user to enter personal information associated with the user into the authentication field, where the user device is configured to generate a first authentication code based on a user input received from the user device in the authentication field. The device generates a second authentication code based on personal information associated with the account from a data structure, receives the first authentication code, and performs an action based on the first authentication code and the second authentication code.
