Patent number: 12165622Abstract: An audio infusion system and method are disclosed. A source audio track is separated into a plurality of audio tracks (e.g., instrumental, vocal, or mixes thereof) and the audio tracks are individually processed to generate a plurality of binaural beat tracks. At least one spatialized track is also generated by filtering the source audio track to provide a filtered track, generating one or more spatialization trajectories based on certain audio feature(s) of the source audio track (e.g., tempo) and a target end-state effect, and spatializing the filtered track using the spatialization trajectories. Other tracks may also be generated, such as one or more infrasonic tracks, ultrasonic tracks, enhanced bass tracks, and/or subharmonic tracks. The tracks may be played simultaneously or mixed for delivery to an end user device.Type: GrantFiled: February 3, 2023Date of Patent: December 10, 2024Assignee: APPLIED INSIGHTS, LLCInventors: Mark Bradford Evenstad, William Matthew Curley, Jason Stuart Doescher, Leigh Murray Smith

Patent number: 12164395Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer-readable storage media for uncorrectable memory recovery. Different sources of uncorrectable memory error are handled to provide for recovery actions by a host kernel of a machine hosting one or more virtual machines. Rather than defaulting to kernel panic behavior, the host kernel can identify the source of uncorrectable error, and cause the host machine and/or the affected virtual machines to take recovery action that is less disruptive than abrupt shutdown from panic. For example, the host kernel can handle uncorrectable memory error caused by kernel accesses to guest memory of a host virtual machine, as well as uncorrectable memory error improperly raised as a result of known defects in host machine hardware. The host kernel can also be configured to detect sources of overflow in exceptions raised by a processor as a result of uncorrectable memory error.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2023Date of Patent: December 10, 2024Assignee: Google LLCInventor: Jue Wang

Patent number: 12164487Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable medium for consolidating multiple databases into a single or a smaller number of databases is described. An improved structure of target database may be achieved by removing constraints used when creating legacy databases. According to some aspects, these and other benefits may be achieved by combining multiple source tables into a single target table with errors being identified and addressed during the creation of the instructions to generate the target table. In implementation, this may be effected by converting values from a source table and values from a target table into normalized versions of those values and then comparing the normalized values. A benefit includes verifying that the data from the source table is being properly reflected in the target table.Type: GrantFiled: August 24, 2023Date of Patent: December 10, 2024Assignee: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: Dennis J. Patent number: 12167057Abstract: Systems and methods for push-based dynamic bandwidth allocation deliver addressable, advertising content in a digital network. Bandwidth is allocated on a push basis in response to receiving a trigger from a content distribution stream. The trigger contains data indicating an addressable break. A portion of bandwidth is then allocated to an addressable content stream based on the data of the trigger. The addressable content stream is then streamed to a receiver during the addressable break and the receiver is tuned from the broadcast stream to the addressable content stream for the duration of the addressable break. The additional bandwidth is de-allocated at the end of the addressable break.Type: GrantFiled: August 11, 2023Date of Patent: December 10, 2024Assignee: Adeia Media Holdings LLCInventors: Seth Haberman, Gerrit Niemeijer, Alex Jansen, Erik van de Pol, Andrew Fife
