  • Patent number: 10749217
Abstract: A power source device, capable of charging a power storage device using power from a power source, is realized with a configuration capable of suppressing the generation of heat and noise. The power source includes a controller that determines an output state of a power storage device on the basis of a detection value detected by a voltage detection circuit. When the output state of the power storage device corresponds to a prescribed high-voltage state when prescribed charging conditions are satisfied, the controller causes only a first charging circuit, among the first charging circuit and a second charging circuit, to operate. When the output state corresponds to a prescribed low-voltage state, the controller causes only the second charging circuit to operate.

  • Patent number: 10748151
Abstract: The system to improve protection of financial cards during and prior to use includes a financial company server, a financial card assigned to a customer and the customer's mobile electronic devices. The company server has a software program that handles account monetary requests that come through financial networks. The server communicates with the owner/customer of the card via the mobile electronic devices. An application is supplied by the financial company for the card holder's devices. When a transaction is attempted, the system determines the distance between the attempted card transaction and the card holder's device. Based on the calculated distance compared to a stored limit, a suggestion to deny or accept the transaction is displayed on the device, as well as virtual accept and deny buttons. A map of the transaction and the device may be displayed, to assist the customer in their decision to accept or deny the transaction.

  • Patent number: 10749095
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for a ZZZ coupler. A first tunable coupler is coupled to the first qubit and tunable via a first control signal. A second tunable coupler is coupled to the first tunable coupler to direct a flux of the first qubit into a tuning loop of the second tunable coupler, such that when a first coupling strength associated with the first tunable coupler is non-zero, a second coupling strength, associated with the second tunable coupler, is a function of a second control signal applied to the second tunable coupler and a state of the first qubit. The second qubit and the third qubit are coupled to one another through the second tunable coupler, such that, when the second coupling strength is non-zero it is energetically favorable for the states of the first and second qubits to assume a specific relationship with respect to the Z-axis.

  • Patent number: 10743845
Abstract: According to an embodiment, an analyzer analyzes the state of a tissue at a position in a subject from which an ultrasound wave that is transmitted by an ultrasound probe into the subject is reflected, the analysis being on the basis of a received signal of the ultrasound wave. A signal acquiring unit acquires noises signal information corresponding to an area that is analyzed by the analyzer. A noise area extracting unit determines, regarding each area analyzed by the analyzer, whether the received signal that is used for the analysis performed by the analyzer is a noise signal, the determination being on the basis of the noise signal information acquired by the signal acquiring unit. A display controller configured controls a display unit such that the display unit displays an area regarding which the area extracting unit determines that the received signal is a noise signal.
