  • Patent number: 11617153
Abstract: A method includes receiving call records from a control plane, each call record including a cell list identifying the server cell for the UE call session at the time the call record was generated and an ordered set of neighbor cells, ordered based on a characteristic of signals from the neighbor cells. Call records having truth data are selected, wherein the truth data includes geolocation (GL) data reported to be a GL associated with the call record. GL data of the selected call records is stored in association with the cell list for the selected call records. A centroid is determined as a function of the GL data associated with each of the selected call records that includes the associated cell list. The centroids are stored in association with the corresponding cell list, and can be retrieved as a prediction for a GL based on submission of a cell list.

  • Patent number: 11614311
Abstract: An explosive device, such as a missile, artillery round, aerial bomb, mortar round, or mine, that utilizes a wall structure that upon detonation provides displacement of smaller fragments interstitially between larger fragments. The displacement of the smaller fragments into the interstitial spaces at detonation creates an expanding fragmentation curtain that momentarily contains expanding gases to increase the impulse pressure of the explosion, thereby increasing the kinetic energy imparted to the fragments. In some embodiments, the wall structure includes ordered layers of preformed metal fragments encased in binder material that suspends the fragments in a desired arrangement prior to detonation.

  • Patent number: 11615229
Abstract: An approach includes a new power and ground structure description language (PSDL) will allow the user to describe the desired routing pattern for each layer and on a user defined region by region basis, including how the pattern will be laid out in the design with respect to other patterns from a different layer. The new PSDL also gives the complete picture of the entire power and ground structure, instead of just a layer-by-layer view from a single command. It also allowed flexibility in alignment especially when dealing with track misalignments, thus avoiding the extensive trial-and-error steps needed to calculate offsets and distances to maintain pattern alignment using previous approaches. Additionally, because PSDL is not tightly dependent on the design size and/or floorplan, transferring the desired power and ground structure from one design to another will be very easy with only few adjustments.
