Abstract: Provided is a method for producing plated steel sheet by means of an annealing device which includes at least one section and in which the at least one section is filled with a gas constituting a non-reducing atmosphere or a weakly reducing atmosphere to substantially improve the quality of plating onto hot-dipped steel sheet, including the plating properties, alloying properties, anti-pickup properties, plating adhesion properties, anti-flaking properties, anti-cratering properties and anti-ash properties, by using prior-art annealing equipment and heat-treatment cycle without any additional oxidation-reduction heat treatment process or large quantities of high-cost alloying elements.

Abstract: Provided is a ferritic stainless steel and method of manufacturing the same. The ferritic stainless steel comprises niobium (Nb) laves phase precipitate, and precipitate containing niobium (Nb) and carbon (C) or nitrogen (N), 30 to 70% of the precipitates are distributed in a region within 1 ?m from the grain boundaries, and the average particle size of the precipitates is 0.5 ?m or less.

Abstract: There is provided a method and system for recycling by-products containing large amounts of useful components and discharged in the form of dust and sludge from a coal-based molten iron making process to reuse the by-products in a reduced iron agglomeration process. The system includes: a fluidized reduction furnace reducing fine iron ore; a reduced iron tank connected to the fluidized reduction furnace through a reduced iron discharge pipe for storing the reduced iron and supplying the reduced iron in an agglomeration system; an agglomeration system agglomerating the reduced iron transferred from the reduced iron tank; and a transfer unit transferring compactions of by-products discharged from a molten iron making process through a by-product supply pipe. The compactions of the by-products are supplied to at least one selected from the group consisting of the fluidized reduction furnace, the reduced iron supply pipe, and the reduced iron tank.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a steam turbine in which unnecessary axial force is reduced. Abstract: Provided is a hot press-formed (HPF) member with excellent powdering resistance at the time of press forming. Abstract: A phosphate solution for a zinc or zinc-based alloy plated steel sheet, and a zinc or zinc-based alloy plated steel sheet using the same are provided. The phosphate solution for a zinc or zinc-based alloy plated steel sheet contains a molybdenum (Mo) ion, a calcium (Ca) ion and a phosphate ion. A zinc or zinc-based alloy plated steel sheet includes a base steel sheet, a zinc-based or zinc alloy-based plating layer formed on the base steel sheet, and a phosphate film formed on the zinc-based or zinc alloy-based plating layer. The phosphate film contains a molybdenum compound, Ca and a phosphate. A pitting phenomenon occurring at the time of treating a steel sheet with a phosphate is prevented, and excellent corrosion resistance is exhibited on a phosphate film.
