Abstract: Disclosed is a stereo image matching method for re-creating 3-dimensional spatial information from a pair of 2-dimensional images. The conventional stereo image matching method generates much noise from a disparity value in the vertical direction, but the present invention uses disparity information of adjacent image lines as a constraint condition to eliminate the noise in the vertical direction, and compress the disparity by using a differential coding method to thereby increase a compression rate.

  • Publication number: 20100012477
Abstract: The present invention relates to a surface modification of carbon fibers, and more particularly to, such a method of modifying the surface of carbon fibers by irradiating an electromagnetic wave to the carbon fibers. When an electromagnetic wave of a high frequency is irradiated to the carbon fibers, the carbon fibers are modified. The modified carbon fibers have an increased surface roughness. In case of manufacturing a composite material by mixing the carbon fibers with a matrix, the modified carbon fibers are relatively greatly improved in physical property as compared to the original carbon fibers prior to the modification.

  • Publication number: 20090278150
Abstract: A method for forming a metal electrode and a method for manufacturing semiconductor light emitting elements include providing a substrate having a semiconductor layer formed thereon; forming a bonding metal layer and a reflective metal layer on the semiconductor layer; and forming a metal electrode by layer inversion of the bonding metal layer and the reflective metal layer through a heat treatment process. An interface characteristic between a semiconductor layer and an electrode having a reflective metal layer is enhanced by a layer inversion phenomenon. High reflectivity can be obtained, because a reflection metal layer is uniformly distributed on a semiconductor layer. Further, out-diffusion of a reflective metal layer is prevented through layer inversion to enhance the thermal stability of an electrode. And the number of accepters for generating holes is increased through heat treatment under an oxygen atmosphere, so that contact resistance can be lowered.
