With the method proposed in present invention, when a mobile is detached from two or more communication systems which share the same ERA, the service nodes in all communication systems within the ERA can still correctly manage the relevant information on this mobile set.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing nylon salt, which comprises mixing 1,5-pentanediamine, water and dicarboxylic acid at a temperature of 65 to 120° C. to obtain a nylon salt, wherein the amount of the water is 2% to 12% by weight based on the total weight of the 1,5-pentanediamine and the dicarboxylic acid. The present invention also provides a nylon salt. According to the present method for preparing nylon salt, the incomplete reaction between the 1,5-pentanediamine and the dicarboxylic acid, which is caused by the nylon salt present during the preparation in a solid state, can be avoided; the reaction between the 1,5-pentanediamine and the dicarboxylic acid can be significantly speeded up, and the reaction time is accordingly shorten. Consequently, the content of diamine and dicarboxylic acid remained in the resulting nylon salt is very low. In addition, the final nylon salt product, which present in a solid state, makes it easier to be stored and transported.

The method eliminates the curved parts near the silicon surface of the profile of PN junction, decreases electric field intensity at the surface of the substrate, therefore increases the breakdown voltage and reliability of the fast recovery diode.

    Abstract: A median filter device is provided with a reordered circuit, a comparison circuit and a data refresh circuit on the basis of the conventional data buffer circuit and data register circuit. The reorder circuit re-sorts the signal data stored in the data buffer circuit in a preceding clock cycle according to their numerical values. The comparison circuit compares the new signal datum entered in the current clock cycle with the signal data already stored to generate a median. The data refresh circuit updates the signal codes stored in the data register circuit with the signal codes corresponding to the new signal data, for calculation of the median in a following clock cycle. The length of the data buffer circuit and data register circuit can be reduced from N signal data to N-1 signal data, which achieves less data storage capacity, smaller circuit area, easier data processing and higher operation efficiency.
