    Abstract: A safety needle having a rigid outer structure within which there is a cannula holding element of being movably coupled to an injector pen for a drug is provided. The cannula holding element supports a cannula having a first extremity and a second extremity for administration of the drug. A moving protective element associated with the rigid structure, covers the second extremity of the cannula after administration, with provision being made for a deforming member capable of deforming the cannula after administration of the drug so that the second extremity of the cannula remains within the protective element. The deforming member is associated with the protective element and is capable of rotating autonomously with respect thereto after administration of the drug to deform the cannula.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a FINFET device integrated with a TFET and its manufacturing method. Two end portions of the fin structure respectively form an N-type doped drain and a source which is consisted by a top P-type doped region and a bottom N-type doped region. As a result, the bottom N-type doped region of the source, the drain, the channel, the high-k dielectric layer and the gate structure on the surface of the sidewall of the fin structure form a MOS FINFET device, and the top P-type doped region of the source, the drain, the channel, the high-k dielectric layer and the gate structure on the top surface of the fin structure form the TFET device.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a test structure and a method for judging the de-embedding accuracy of RF devices, which comprises testing the S parameters of a target device test structure, an introduced device test structure and an auxiliary test structure, respectively. Then calculating de-embedding S parameters of the target device test structure and the introduced device test structure according to the above-tested results, respectively. Finally, calculating performance parameters of the target device test structure according to the above-calculated de-embedding S parameters. So, the accuracy of the de-embedding method is determined by comparing the consistency of the performance parameters. The present invention can directly judge the de-embedding accuracy and the applicable frequency range of a given de-embedding method by analyzing the testing data. Further, the using of the parallel test structure and the cascade test structure together can increase the reliability of the judgment results.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for producing a long chain dicarboxylic acid by fermentation as well as a fermentation broth, a treated fermentation broth and a wastewater. The salt content in the fermentation broth is controlled to be below 20% by the fermentation method of the present invention. The method for producing a long chain dicarboxylic acid by fermentation provided by the present invention can effectively reduce the amount of alkali used in the fermentation process and the amount of acid used in the subsequent extraction of the long chain dicarboxylic acid, thereby reducing the amount of salt in the whole production process of the long chain dicarboxylic acid. At the same time, the method of the present invention also has many advantages such as shortening the fermentation time, increasing the acid production, reducing the amount of medium, and suitable for the production of various types of long-chain dicarboxylic acids, etc.

Since the gate structure wraps around four sides of the fin to effectively control the channel, the channel width is increased compared with the double-gate or triple gate structure, thereby increasing the effective area of the channel. The present invention solves the conventional problems like complex process and high cost without degrading the device performance. It has the advantages of simplicity, compatibility with the traditional IC planar process, low cost, and easy implementation.
