    Abstract: A stone dumping real time measuring system for a stone dumping vessel includes a boom. The boom is mounted to a control cabin of the stone dumping vessel and can extend outwardly from the control cabin to be located above a predetermined stone dumping position. A signal line hangs from the boom. A floater is connected to the other end of the signal line. The floater is provided with a positioning device, a surge compensator, and a depth sounder. The floater freely floats on the water through the separate design of the floater and the stone dumping vessel. The floater is directly positioned by the positioning device of the floater, and the surge compensator is able to correct a measurement error of the depth sounder to instantly report the stone dumping result and to improve the accuracy and precision of the stone real time measuring system.

The upper electrode structure comprises an annular supporter, a back plate having multiple holes, and an upper electrode connection. At least a part of the annular supporter extends downwardly to the lower diaphragm electrode while the rest of the annular supporter extends downwardly to the substrate. The back plate is suspended above the lower diaphragm electrode by the annular supporter, forming an air gap therebetween. An upper electrode is embedded in the insulating layer at the back plate and is lead out by the upper electrode connection.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a process for treating a reaction solution containing a long chain dicarboxylate. The process is characterized by comprising: acidifying a reaction solution so as to convert the long chain dicarboxylate into a long chain dicarboxylic acid, adding an extractant so as to extract the resulting long chain dicarboxylic acid, separating the phase rich in the long chain dicarboxylic acid, and further separating the long chain dicarboxylic acid. The process of the present invention has the following advantages: 1) the processing route is simple, the operation time is short, less equipment is required, and the production efficiency is high; 2) product yield is high; 3) product quality is good, purity in the resulting products is high, and the color is lighter; and 4) no active carbon is consumed and the solvent can be recycled, thereby saving resources and being environmentally friendly.

    Abstract: A method for processing an electroplated copper film in copper interconnect process is disclosed by the present invention. Firstly, in the copper back-end-of-line interconnect process, the first annealing process for the electroplated copper film is performed at or below 180° C.; then, after the copper back-end-of-line interconnect process, another annealing process with higher temperature (equal or above 240° C.) to the electroplated copper film is performed to make the copper recrystallize, so as to decrease the resistivity of the electroplated copper film and form an interface state having lower resistivity at the interface of the vias bottom, which decrease the contact resistance between the vias and the underlying copper interconnects and further reduce the RC time delay in the vias. The present invention can be applied in the Cu/Low-k back-end-of-line interconnect process and compatible with the standard Cu/Low-k back-end-of-line process integration.

In certain embodiments, cadaverine may be evaporated/distilled at an unexpectedly lower heating temperature for an unexpectedly shorter heating time to provide a desired yield. Because cadaverine may decompose at high temperature, the unexpectedly lower heating temperature and unexpectedly shorter heating time decrease the undesired cadaverine decomposition.

Since the depth of the line-end cuts is large, there is enough time and space to regulate the etching recipe so as to balance the etching rate of multiple layers including the spin-on-carbon layer, the SiN layer, the SiO2 layer and the silicon substrate, thereby forming the fin structures with line-end cuts having flatter bottom topography, preventing the formation of silicon protrusions or silicon cones during the etching process and improving the device electrical performance.

Meanwhile, putting-in and recycling particles through an air suction device is conducive to 100% recycling of particles.
